How do I set up the IMOU Cue 1080P camera?

Download the IMOU Life app, create an account, and follow the in-app instructions. Connect the camera to power and use the app to scan the QR code on the device.

Can I view the camera feed remotely?

Yes, after setup you can view live video from anywhere using the IMOU Life app on your smartphone.

Does the camera support night vision?

Yes, it has IR LEDs that automatically activate in low light, providing clear black-and-white footage up to 10 meters.

How does motion detection work?

The camera uses PIR sensor to detect movement and sends alerts to your phone. You can adjust sensitivity and set activity zones in the app.

What storage options are available?

You can insert a microSD card (up to 128GB) for local recording, or subscribe to IMOU Cloud for cloud storage.

How do I reset the camera to factory settings?

Press and hold the reset button on the camera for about 10 seconds until you hear a beep or the LED flashes red.

Is the camera compatible with Alexa or Google Home?

No, the IMOU Cue 1080P does not support voice assistants. It only works with the IMOU Life app.

What should I do if the camera goes offline?

Check your Wi-Fi connection, ensure the camera is powered, and try restarting both the camera and router. In the app, you can also re-sync the camera.

Can I use the camera outdoors?

No, the Cue 1080P is designed for indoor use only. Exposing it to rain or dust may damage it.

How do I clean the camera lens?

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the lens. Avoid using liquids or abrasive materials.

To reset, long press for 10 seconds till the light is off; to enable WPS, just press the button.

The following table shows more information about status of indicator light.

Green light quick flashing	Wi-Fi smart config in progress, including WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), management frame, etc.

Red light quick flashing	Device fail to boot up; SD card does not work

Operation by Imou App 3

Step 1 Power on your camera with power adapter.

Step 2 Connect your smartphone to your Wi-Fi network, scan "Imou" QR on the packing box, download and install Imou App.

Step 3 Run Imou App, and register account for first use.

Step 4 Follow the steps below to add your camera.

Korišćenje aplikacije Imou 3
