1.1. General Precautions

• This product was designed to be installed on wood stud walls and solid concrete walls.
• Before installing make sure the supporting surface will support the combined load of the equipment and hardware.
• Never exceed the Maximum Load Capacity.
• This product is intended for indoor use only. Use of this product outdoors could lead to product failure or personal injury.
• This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from young children.
• Make sure these instructions are read and completely understood before attempting installation. If you are unsure of any part of this installation, contact a professional installer for assistance.
• The wall or mounting surface must be capable of supporting the combined weight of the mount and the display; otherwise the structure must be reinforced.
• Safety gear and proper tools must be used. A minimum of two people are required for this installation. Failure to use safety gear can result in property damage, serious injury or death.

2.2.1. Wood Stud Mounting

Use wall plate (1) as a template, make sure it is level, and mark three mounting holes on the wood studs. Drill three 3/16" (5mm) diameter holes 70mm deep. Level wall plate (1) and attach to wall with three long bolts (B1) and three washers (B3). Tighten screws firmly. Do not over tighten.

2.2.2. Concrete Wall Mounting

Level wall plate and use wall as a template to mark three holes. Drill three 3/8" (10mm) diameter holes 70mm deep. Insert three anchors (B2) into holes and secure wall plate with three long bolts (B1) and three washers (B3). Tighten bolts firmly. Do not over tighten.

2.2.3. Attaching the VESA Plate to the Screen

For TV's with flat back screen:

If use A1, A2, please only use A5, if use A3, A4, please don't use A5

2.2.4. Attaching Adapter Bracket to the Wall Plate

Before attaching the TV plate to the wall plate, tighten the top screw nut in case the TV would slide off during installation.

Tighten or loose the screw nuts on the head of the wall plate to adjust the tilting function.

Tighten or loose the screw nuts M6 on the head of the wall plate to keep level.

If the LCD hole pattern is larger than the TV plate, you are required to use the Extension Plates to install.

2.2.5. Attaching Plastic Covers to Wall Plate

Secure plastic covers over the wall plate by pushing them towards each other until they lock in place.

2.2.6. Adjusting Display and Using Cord Management

Route cords along the articulating arms using the cord management clip. The articulating arms can be adjusted to position display into desired location. Use wrench 5x5 to tighten and loosen the tension screw. Do not overt tighten and do not loosen to the point where screws come out.

Mitsai has designed this appliance in order to guarantee the maximum reliability. However, if a problem occurs, by following the procedures suggested in this section you may be able to determine its cause.

WARNING: any attempt of fixing the appliance without contacting the manufacturer will nullify the warranty.

Aiming to protect the environment, we try to reduce to a maximum the volume of the packages which are confined to three easy separation materials: cardboard, paper and plastic.
