How to turn on the Huawei TalkBand B5?

Press the release buttons to remove the earbud from the bracelet. Plug the charger into the charging port - the earbud turns on automatically. You can also press and hold the side button to turn it on.

How to pair the TalkBand B5 with my phone?

Download the Huawei Health app from Google Play or App Store. Open the app, go to the device list, select the bracelet, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Bluetooth pairing.

How to make or receive a call with the TalkBand B5?

Remove the earbud from the bracelet to automatically answer. To make a call, use the call history on the screen or from your phone, then talk via the earbud. The bracelet vibrates to alert you of an incoming call.

How to track my sleep with the TalkBand B5?

Wear the bracelet on your wrist at night. Sleep data is automatically collected via the TruSleep function. View details in the Huawei Health app. You can disable this function in the app if desired.

Is the TalkBand B5 waterproof?

It is resistant to splashes, rain, and hand washing. However, do not wear it in the shower, pool, while diving, or when washing a car. Wipe it if it becomes wet to protect the microphone.

How to charge the TalkBand B5?

Detach the earbud from the bracelet. Plug the dedicated charging cable into the charging port. Make sure the port is dry before charging. The indicator shows charging status. Only use the provided charger.

How to clean the TalkBand B5?

Wipe the bracelet and earbud with a soft, dry cloth. If it is wet, dry it immediately. Avoid chemical or abrasive products. Do not clean it under running water.

What to do if the TalkBand B5 does not connect to my phone?

Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Restart the Huawei Health app and the bracelet. If the problem persists, reset the pairing: in the app, forget the device and re-pair.

What is the battery life of the TalkBand B5?

Battery life is approximately 5 days with mixed use (calls, activity, and sleep tracking). Full charge takes about 1 hour.

Can I replace the ear tips of the TalkBand B5?

Yes, replacement ear tips are included in the box and can be purchased separately. Simply remove the old ones and clip on the new ones. Do not force to avoid damaging the connector.

USER MANUAL TalkBand B5 HUAWEI

1. Powering on the band

Press the release buttons on the sides to detach the headset unit. Remove the headset unit from the strap. Connect the charger to the charging port on the headset unit. The headset unit will automatically power on. You can also press and hold the side button to power on your band.

- Wipe the charging port dry before charging.

- Use the dedicated charging cable that comes with your band to charge it.

2. Downloading Huawei Health

To download and install the Huawei Health app, search for Huawei Health in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. Pairing your band with your phone

From the device list in the Huawei Health app, select the band and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the pairing.

4. Bluetooth calling

Your Band will vibrate to notify you when there is an incoming call. Remove the headset to automatically answer a call.

You can use your phone to call a contact and use the headset to start the conversation. You can also make a call quickly through your Band call records.

5. More

You can view basic fitness/sleep data on the screen of your Band, or view more detailed information in the Huawei Health app.

Your band supports TruSleep to monitor your sleep more accurately. You can enable this feature in the app.

You can wear your Band when you are washing your hands or in the rain. Wipe your Band dry immediately if it gets wet to avoid water from getting inside the microphone.

- Do not use your Band when washing a car, swimming, diving, scuba diving, or showering.

- You can adjust or remove your strap.
