Why does my washing machine not start?

Check that the machine is plugged in and the door is properly closed. Also ensure the water tap is turned on and the program dial is set correctly. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section.

What should I do if water is not entering the machine?

Verify the water tap is open, the inlet hose is not kinked, and the inlet filter is clean. If the filter is clogged, clean it following the instructions in the maintenance chapter.

How can I fix excessive vibration during spinning?

Ensure the machine is level by adjusting the feet. Remove all transit bolts if not done. Also, avoid overloading and distribute laundry evenly in the drum.

What does error code E01 mean?

E01 indicates the door is not properly shut. Close the door firmly until you hear a click. If the error persists, unplug and contact service.

How do I activate the child lock?

Press and hold buttons 4 and 5 simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. 'CL' will flash on the display. To deactivate, repeat the same procedure.

Why is the spin cycle delayed or not working?

The load distribution control system may detect an imbalance. It will try to redistribute laundry. If unsuccessful, the spin speed is reduced or cancelled. Manually rearrange the load for next wash.

How often should I clean the pump filter?

We recommend cleaning the pump filter every 2 months. Refer to the maintenance section for step-by-step instructions.

Can I use liquid detergent?

Yes. Use the supplied tab or liquid detergent apparatus in the drawer. Pour liquid detergent into the appropriate compartment. Follow detergent manufacturer's instructions.

What is the maximum load for delicate fabrics?

For delicate fabrics like wool or silk, do not exceed 2.5 kg. Overloading can damage clothes and reduce wash quality.

How do I clean the detergent drawer?

Pull the drawer fully out, press the release tab inside, and remove it. Disassemble the flush stopper, clean all parts with water and a brush, then reassemble and reinsert.

UNPACKING

During transportation, protective packaging was used to protect the appliance against any damage. After unpacking, please dispose of all elements of packaging in a way that will not cause damage to the environment.

All materials used for packaging the appli- ance are environmentally friendly; they are 100% recyclable and are marked with the appropriate symbol.

Important! Packaging materials (bags, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc.) should be kept away from children during unpacking.

In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU and local legislation regarding used electrical and electronic goods, this appliance is marked with the symbol of the crossed-out waste container. This marking indicates that the appliance must not be disposed of together with other household waste after it has been used.

The user is obliged to hand it over to waste collection centre collecting used electrical and electronic goods. The collectors, including local collection points, shops and local authority departments provide recycling schemes.

Proper handling of used electrical and electronic goods helps avoid environmental and health hazards resulting from the presence of dangerous components and the inappropriate storage and processing of such goods.

BASIC INFORMATION

This washing machine is intended for domestic use only to wash textiles and clothes designed to be machine washed in a detergent bath.

Before plugging the washing machine into the mains, remove the safety packaging and ensure the machine is level. The manufacturer reserves the right to introduce changes, which do not affect operation of the appliance.

USAGE

• Carefully read the instructions below before using the appliance.
• Never use the appliance outdoors or anywhere the temperature may fall below freezing.
  The machine should not be operated by children or anyone who has not read the instructions.

Temperatures below 0^ C can damage the washing machine! In the event of the machine being stored or transported in sub-zero temperatures, it should be left to acclimatise in a temperature above 0^ C for 8 hours before being used.

SAFETY AND GERMENT CARE LABELS

Risk of burns!	If laundry is washed at high temperature, door glass becomes hot. Prevent children from touching the hot door.
Eye/skin irritation!	Contact with detergents and softeners may cause eye or skin irritation. In case of eye/skin contact, thoroughly rinse eyes/skin to remove fabric detergent/softener. Washing detergents and fabric softeners should be stored out of the reach of children.
Risk of electric shock.Risk of fire/damage to property/appliance!	If the appliance is not correctly installed, it may be dangerous. Make sure that:Mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the appliance nameplate (identification plate)The current load and required fuse protection are specified on the nameplate.The appliance is connected to AC source only through a properly installed and grounded wall socket in accordance with national standards.

	The appliance is secured for transport with transit bolts. If you don’t remove transit bolts before using the appliance, the appliance may be damaged. INSTALL THE APPLIANCE

Remove the transit bolts

(keep the bolts for future use, e.g. when moving house).

■ unscrew the 4 transit bolts with a spanner,
■ remove the rubber and plastic transport brackets from the sockets along with the washers and bolts.

- stop up the holes with the stoppers enclosed in the accessories bag.

Caution: the transit bolts MUST be removed before the washing machine is used!

Position and level the washing machine

■ place the washing machine on a solid, level surface,
■ loosen the plastic washer (2)
Level the appliance by adjusting the legs (1)
■ lock with washers (2)

After positioning and levelling the appliance, check that it is stable by pressing down each corner and ensuring it does not move!

Connect the water supply

Use only the new hoses supplied with the machine. Do not re-use hoses.

A supply hose with seals is inside the drum of the machine. Water pressure min 0.03 MPa (0.3 bar), max 1 MPa (10 bar).

1). after connecting, make sure the hose is not twisted
2) after connecting the hose and the valve, check they are sealed tight
3). regularly check the condition of the hose.

Supply the machine with cold water only.

Water drain

The drain hose is at the back of the machine. Fix the drain hose so that it does not move while the washing machine is in operation. If necessary, use the elbow (1).

Electrical wall outlet where the appliance is connects must be in a visible and accessible place,
- Only plug the appliance into a properly installed socket with an earthing pin,
- Do not use an extension cord to connect the appliance,
in the event of the power cord being damaged, it must be replaced by an authorised service technician,
■ the electrical system to which the appliance is to be connected must be protected with a 10 A fuse.

Prepare to wash:

Small items such as coins, paper clips, needles, etc., may damage the laundry and the washing machine, you should therefore follow a few important recommendations:

1). Empty pockets
2). Remove all metal items
3.) Delicate items such as bras or stockings should be washed in protective mesh laundry bag
4). Close zippers and fasten buttons
5). Remove any foreign objects from the device.

Programme selector dial

To select the desired programme, turn the programme dial either clockwise or anticlockwise until the marker on the programme dial points to the chosen programme.
■ Make sure that the programme dial is set exactly to the programme you want.

Display

The display panel shows the washing delay timer (if set), temperature selection, spin speed. The display panel shows “--” when the selected programme is complete. The display panel also indicates if a fault has occurred with your machine.

Temperature selector button

Use the washing water temperature adjustment button to alter the automatically programmed washing water temperature.

When you select a programme the maximum temperature for that programme is automatically selected. To adjust the temperature, press the water temperature adjustment button until the desired temperature is displayed on the digital display.

You can gradually decrease the washing water temperature between the maximum washing water temperature of the selected programme and cold washing (- C) selections by pressing the temperature adjustment button.

Spin speed selector button

When you select a programme, the maximum spin speed is automatically selected. To adjust the spin speed between the maximum spin speed and the cancel spinning option (--), press the Spin speed button until the desired speed is displayed. If you have skipped the spin speed you want to set, keep pressing the spin speed adjustment button until the desired spin speed is displayed again.

Time Remaining button

You can use this auxiliary function to delay the start time of the washing cycle for 1 to 23 hours.
To use the delay function:
■ Press the delay key once.
“01” will be displayed. will light up on the electronic display
Press the delay key until you reach the time after which you want the machine to start the washing cycle.
If you have skipped the delay time you would like to set, you can keep pressing the delay key until you reach that time again.
To use the time delay function, you need to press the Start/Pause key to start the machine.
If you want to cancel the delay:

• If you have pressed the Start/Pause key to start the machine, you just need to press the delay key once will go off on the electronic display.
• If you have not pressed the Start/ Pause key, press the delay key continuously until it goes off on the electronic display will go off on the electronic display.

NOTE: In the case that you want to select the auxiliary function feature, if the auxiliary function LED is not on, this means that this feature is not being used in the washing programme you have selected.

Start/Pause button

By pressing on the Start/Pause button, you may start the programme you have selected or suspend a running programme. If you switch your machine to the standby mode, the Start/Pause led on the electronic display will blink.

Child Lock

The Child Lock function allows you to lock the buttons so that the wash cycle you have chosen cannot be changed unintentionally. To activate child lock, press and hold button 4 and 5 simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. "CL" will flash on the electronic display for 2 seconds when the child lock is activated. If any button is pressed or selected programme is changed by the programme dial while the child lock is active, the "CL" symbol will flash on the electronic display for 2 seconds. If the child lock function is active and a programme is running, when the programme dial is turned to the CANCEL position and another programme is selected the previously selected programme continues from where it was left. To deactivate the child lock, press and hold button 4 and 5 simultaneously for at least 3 seconds until the "CL" symbol on the electronic display disappears.

SPECIAL PROGRAMMES

1

Antiallergic

This programme is designed for washing clothes of children and people with sensitive skin or skin allergy. Virtually all allergens, dust mites, bacteria, microbes or fungi are removed from the washed clothes. It also removes stubborn stains. It will not damage clothing and is suitable for washing delicate laundry such as children's garments. Main wash temperature is 30^ C (possible temp. settings: --° C (cold water), 20^ C, 30^ C, 40^ C), and then there are 4 rinse cycles in heated water.

Mixed

This programme is designed for dirty cotton, synthetics, colour and flax textiles can be washed together.

Daily 60'

Quick, full washing programme tha takes 60 minutes.

1). Offers the full and effective wash cycle in less than an hour.
2). Helps you save time and offers the convenience of using the washing machine.

Express 15'

■ Use this programme to refresh clothes. Includes all three wash stages:

The “eco 40-60” program is used to wash cotton fabrics in the usual order, which can be washed at 40^ C or 60^ C in the same cycle.

USING THE APPLIANCE

Select Programme

■ Set the programme selector turning it left or right.
Customize the programme to your needs – you can change the temperature, spin speed, or enable additional features.
Press the Start/ Pause button

Time Remaining

To set the Time Remaining:

■ Close the appliance door.
- Set the programme selector dial to the desired programme (see table).
- Select additional functions or wash cycle parameters as required – depending on the needs.
■ Press the Time Remaining button.
■ Select time remaining ranging from 1 to 23 hours.
Press the Start/ Pause button The appliance will be set in delay mode.
The wash programme will be automatically terminated.

When you set the Time Remaining option, the display will show the time remaining to the end of the programme.

End of the wash cycle

• Your machine will stop by itself as soon as the programme you have selected finishes.
  “- -” will flash on the electronic display.
• You can open the machine’s door and remove the laundry.
  Leave the door of your machine open to allow the inner part of your machine to dry.
  ■ Switch the programme dial to STOP position.
  Unplug your machine.
  ■ Turn the water tap off.

Cancel or modify programme

■ Turn the programme dial to the "STOP" position.
- Your machine will stop the washing operation and the programme will be cancelled.
■ Turn the programme dial to any other programme to drain the machine.
- Your machine will perform the necessary draining operation and cancel the programme.
- You can now select and run a new programme.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Repair of your machine should be carried out by an authorised service company. If your machine requires repair or if you cannot solve an issue with the information provided below, then you should:

Unplug your machine from the mains power supply.

Turn off the water supply.

Excessive foam is formed in the detergent drawer.	Excessive amount of detergent used.	Press the Start/Pause button. To stop the foam, dilute one tablespoon of softener into 1/2 litre of water and pour into the detergent drawer. Press the Start/Pause button after 5-10 mins.
	Wrong detergent used. Only use detergents produced for automatic Washing Machines.
Unsatisfactory washing result. Your washing is too dirty for the programme selected.		Use the information in the programme tables to select the most appropriate programme.
		Amount of detergent used insufficient.
		There is too much laundry in your machine.
Unsatisfactory washing result. Hard water. Increase the amount of		detergent following the manufacturer's instructions.
Your laundry is too tightly pa-cked together in the drum.		Check that your laundry is spread out.
As soon as the machine is loaded with water, water dis-charges.	The end of water drain hose is too low for the machine.	Check that the drain hose is at a suitable height. (**) .
No water appears in the drum during washing.	No fault. Water is in the unseen part of the drum.	......
Laundry has detergent residue. No-dissolving particles of some detergents may appear on your laundry as white spots.		Perform an extra rinse, or clean your laundry with a brush after it dries.
Grey spots appear on the laundry.	There is untreated oil, cream or ointment on your laundry.	Use the amount of detergent as instructed on the packaging in the next wash.
The spin cycle does not take place or takes place later than expected.	No fault. The Unbalanced load control system has been activated.	The Unbalanced load control system will try to spread your laundry. The spinning cycle will begin once your laundry is spread. Load the drum evenly for the next wash.

THE FAULT INDICATOR LIGHTS

Your Washing Machine is equipped with a built-in fault detection system, indicated by a combination of flashing wash operation lights. The most common failure codes are shown below.

Display indication	Reason Explanation
E01 The door of your machine is not shut properly.		Shut the door properly until you hear a click. If your machine persists to indicate fault, turn off your machine, unplug it and contact the nearest authorised service agent immediately.
E02 The water pressure or the water level inside the machine may be low.		Check the tap is fully turned on. Mains water may be cut-off. If the problem still continues, your machine will stop after a while automatically. Unplug the machine, turn off your tap and contact the nearest authorised service agent.
E03 The pump is faulty or pump filter is clogged or electrical connection of the pump is faulty.		Clean the pump filter. If the problem persists, contact the nearest authorised service agent. (*)
E04 Your machine has excessive amount of water.		Your machine will discharge water by itself. Once the water has drained, turn off your machine and unplug it. Turn off the tap and contact the nearest authorised service agent.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

The pump filter system in your Washing Machine prolongs the life of the pump by preventing lint from entering your machine. We recommend that you clean the pump filter every 2 months.

Clean the pump filter

The pump filter is located behind the cover on the front-lower right corner. To clean the pump filter:

1. You may use the washing powder spade (*) supplied with your machine or liquid detergent level plate to open the pump cover.
2. Lodge the end of the powder spade or liquid detergent level plate in the opening of the cover and gently press backwards. The cover will open.
3. Before opening the filter cover, place a container under the filter cover to collect any water left in the machine.
4. Loosen the filter by turning anticlockwise and remove by pulling. Wait for the water to drain.

NOTE: Depending on the amount of water inside the machine, you may have to empty the water collection container a few times.

1. Remove any foreign materials from the filter with a soft brush.
2. After cleaning, re-fit the filter by inserting it and turning clockwise.
3. When closing the pump cover, ensure that the mountings inside the cover meet the holes on the front panel side.
4. Close the filter cover.

WARNING: The water in the pump may be hot, wait until it has cooled down before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.

Clean the water supply valve

- Replace the filter following the procedure in reverse order.

1). unscrew on the water supply hose,
2). use forceps to grasp the filter mesh pin,
3). remove and clean the filter, preferably using a brush.

Clean the detergent drawer

The use of detergent may cause residual build up in the detergent drawer over time.
We recommend that you remove the drawer every 2 months to clean the accumulated residue.
To remove the detergent drawer:
Pull the drawer forwards until it is fully extended.

Press the region shown below inside the detergent drawer you have pulled all the way back, and continue pulling and remove the detergent drawer from its place.

Remove the detergent drawer and disassemble the flush stopper. Clean thoroughly to completely remove any softener residue. Refit the flush stopper after cleaning and check that it is seated properly.

Rinse with a brush and lots of water.

Collect the residues inside the detergent drawer slot so that they don't fall inside your machine.

Dry the detergent drawer with a towel or dry cloth and place it back.

Do not wash your detergent drawer in a dishwasher.

Liquid detergent apparatus (*)

For the cleaning and maintenance of the liquid level detergent apparatus, remove the apparatus from its location as shown in the picture below, and thoroughly clean the remaining detergent residues. Replace the apparatus. Make sure that no residual material remains inside the siphon.

Body / Drum

1. Body

Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent, or soap and water, to clean the external casing. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.may cause yellowing of laundry.

2. Drum

Do not leave metallic objects such as needles, paper clips, coins etc. in your machine. These objects lead to the formation of rust stains in the drum. To clean such rust stains, use a non-chlorine cleaning agent and follow the instructions of manufacturer of the cleaning agent. Never use wire wool or similar hard objects for cleaning rust stains.

It is recommended to use a general-purpose laundry detergent powder or liquid for the full range of temperatures according to the manufacturer's instructions on the detergent packaging.

Do not exceed the maximum level marked on the drawer compartment. This detergent will be used for the final rinse.

For washing whites it is recommended to use the washing powder. Liquid detergents do not contain bleach. Do not use rinse aid with white laundry, as this may cause yellowing of laundry.

FIRST WASH

Before washing for the first time, put the appliance through one high temperature cycle without a load, according to the following procedure:

1). connect the washing machine to the power supply,
2). open the water valve,
3). set the programme selector dial to washing at high temperature, add a suitable detergent and press Start/Pause.

■ add more detergent.
- Rinse the washing machine after washing heavily soiled garments (e.g. work clothes) or clothing that loses fibres. To do this, run the wash cycle at 60°C, for example Cotton or Synthetics without any load.

CONSERVATION

Reduce energy and water consumption

Garments which are only lightly soiled should be washed on the Rapid Wash setting.
For most programmes, the washing machine detects load.

For partial load, when using the Cotton programme, the appliance will reduce water and energy consumption and shorten the wash cycle.

The most energy and water efficient wash programmes are generally those that run at lower temperature and for a long time.
- Loading the washing machine to the full capacity indicated by the manufacturer for the respective wash programmes will save energy and water.

WATER HARDNESS

- Hard water causes scale deposition. Information about water hardness is available from the nearest water works. We recommend that you use water softener for each washing.

POWER OUTAGE (PROGRAMME MEMORY)

Power outage or unplugging the appliance does not cancel the set programme. The programme is memorised and resumes when power is restored. Do not open the appliance doors during a power outage.

LOAD

■ Maximum drum capacity 8 kg.
- Load the laundry into the drum according to the following instructions:

1). cotton, denim, children's clothes – max full drum (do not force clothes into the drum as this will reduce the quality of the wash),
2). Synthetics - max 12 of the drum,
3). wool, silk, delicate fabrics – of the drum.

Do not overload the appliance. Overloading the appliance may damage the clothes being washed! If you overload the appliance the OVL is shown appears on the display — remove excess laundry from the drum and restart the washing machine. The maximum load amounts depending on the programme are given in table of programmes.

LOAD DISTRIBUTION CONTROL

The appliance features load distribution control system.

Before spinning, this checks the distribution of clothes inside the drum. In the event that too great an imbalance is detected, the system makes several attempts to rearrange the clothes inside the appliance. Sometimes these attempts to distribute the load are not successful. Problems may be caused by terrycloth robes washed together with other types of laundry, such as bed sheets that formed a bundle around other items of laundry.

The system may then respond in two ways:

1). accept the uneven distribution of garments and reduce spin speed,
2). cancel the spinning.

In both cases, after washing, open the door of the washing machine, manually wash the laundry, close the door and select any program.

DOOR LOCK

The washing machine is equipped with a lock which prevents the door from being opened during wash cycle. Once a wash cycle is complete, the door lock is automatically released.

If there is water in the drum or it is still hot you will not be able to open the door. Opening the door is not possible during some wash cycle stages.

DELICATE FABRICS
