ENC is a feature that allows you to reduce background noise. Ambient sounds are automatically recognised and cancelled out. Your voice can then be heard with heightened clarity. When it comes to ENC technology, the purpose is to ensure that when you're making phone calls or recording your voice, everything is crystal clear and easy to hear.

NTC charging protection:

NTC circuit is designed on the PCBA board of the headphones to provide charging protection. When the NTC circuit measures that the battery temperature exceeds the preset safety range (usually 45 degrees), the PCBA board will protect the battery from overheating, overcooling, or being affected by excessive temperature based on the set

protection mechanism, such as disconnecting the charging circuit, stopping charging, etc., thereby reducing safety risks.

HOW TO USE

Before first use :

Please charge fully the earphones before their first use by ensuring they are properly inserted into the case and then charging the case using the TYPE-C cable provided.

Power on/Power off :

Power on: Long-press the power button (middle of earbuds) white lights flashing

Power off: Long-press the power button (middle of earbuds) white lights flashing

Automatically turn off earphones :

1. In case of no connection will be established after earphones will be turned on, they will turn off automatically after 3 minutes
2. The earphones will also turn off automatically when they will have a voltage lower than 3.05V

Bluetooth pairing :

After the charging case is opened, the earphones will automatically enter into pairing mode and will be ready to connect with bluetooth from the phone.

• Pairing: white lights flashing quickly ;
- Completed pairing: white lights flashing slowly;

Pairing with phone :

Earphones will be ready to connect with mobile phone after L & R earphones paired successfully.

On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and select "BTE-W300ENC".

If L & R earphones fail to pair, please put both earphones back to the charging case, close the charging case, then pair again after re-open.

*After earphones entered in the pairing mode, if no operation is performed for 3 minutes, earphones will automatically shut down.

Phone call mode :

Rejecting a call: Long press for two seconds

Answering a Call: Double tap the power button

Ending a Call: Double tap the power button

Music mode:

Previous song: Long press the left ear for two seconds

Next song: Long press the right ear for two seconds

Volume up: 1 tap the right ear to volume up

For using voice assistant, triple tap the power button and Siri/Bixby/Xiao Yi will be heard

Charging:

For charging, place the earphones inside the charging case and LED indicator will advise the charging process. While charging, a white light will be shown on the earphones case all the time. Once the earphones are fully charged, the white light goes out.

Charging case charging

The device is fully compatible with TYPE-C charging cable. To charge the charging case, connect the TYPE-C charging cable to the port on the back of it. While charging, a red light is shown on LED display and once the earphones are fully charged a white light is shown on LED display. With a fully charged case, the earphones can be fully charged two times.

If the charging case power is less than 10%, a flashing red LED will also notify the low battery level. While charging the earphones, a white light will flash slowly.

Low power warning:

When the battery voltage of the earphones drops below 3.15V, a beep will sound inside the earphone.

After the earphone beeps three times, the voltage at this time is 3.05V, and the earphones will automatically shut down.

*When the earphones are lack of power, please charge earphones immediately to avoid affecting battery life.
