11 Troubleshooting

1. The tablet is slower the first time it is turned on

At the first startup, the tablet needs approx. 2-3 minutes to install its own applications. Previous startups will be faster.

2. The tablet cannot connect to WiFi

  • Make sure that the wireless router or the internet service is working properly.
    • Make sure that the tablet is in the range of the wireless router and that between them there are no separating walls that can affect router signal coverage.
    • Make sure that the name and password are entered correctly.

3. The tablet gets too hot

When more apps run at the same time or when the screen is turned on for a longer time, the tablet may become very hot. This is normal.
