How do I change the measurement unit?

Open the battery cover on the bottom. Insert 3 x AAA batteries (1.5V) observing polarity. Close the cover.

What is the maximum weight I can measure?

The maximum weight capacity is 3000 grams (about 6.6 lbs). Exceeding this will show HHHH.

Does the scale also measure temperature and humidity?

Yes, the additional display shows room temperature (0°C to 50°C) and humidity (20% to 99%). Press B to see min/max values.

How do I switch off the scale?

USAGE OF THE DEVICE

Electronic kitchen scales WK300B/WK300W was designed with the use of the latest technologies and assemblies. It allows weight measurement in different units.

The additional display shows temperature measurements and humidity inside the room, in which it is located, as well as time and date.

LAUNCH

The scales requires the power supply by means of 3 alkali batteries AAA (1,5V). The batteries belong to the equipment of the scales.

Before the first use, the batteries should be inserted.

- open the battery cover (7) located at the bottom of the device.

- insert batteries paying attention to polarisation

- close the battery cover (7)

The scales operates properly only when it is placed on a stable and flat surface.

In order to switch off the device, push the button (1) for about 3 seconds. The scales switches on automatically after 60 seconds of standby.

MEASUREMENT OF THE WEIGHT

Put the scales on a flat, hard and stable surface.

• switch on the device with single push of the button (1) - display illumination turns on.
• wait until "0" appears on the displayer
• with the [UNIT] (3) button, select the unit of the weight: grammas (g) or pounds-ounces (lb-oz)
• place the product on the weight
  -read out the result of the measurement

TARE (setting zero)

In order to weigh each component separately, after putting and weighing the first component, one should apply tare function by pushing the button (1). The displayer (4) will zero a given value and in its lower part, symbol "TARE" will be visible.

Now you can add another component. The weight or the volume of the latter is measured. Similarly, other components of a given recipe should be dealt with.

ERROR MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAYER

LOW BATTERY INDICATOR

Necessity to replace the battery is signaled with the message

REPLACING THE BATTERY:

1. Open the battery cover located on the bottom of the handle.

2. Remove the battery.

3. Insert a new battery (pay attention to the polarity)

4. Close the cover.

Dispose of the old batteries by putting them into special containers for batteries.

ERROR (HHHH)

- The device is overload. The weight of the product exceeds maximum scope of the measurement.

Additional functions

Setting time and date

In the time mode (the display shows hour and minutes), hold "A" button for about 3 seconds, set all flashing functions according to: hour>minutes, using "C" or "D" button and confirm using "A" button.

Change of time format from 12-hour to 24-hour is possible by pressing and holding "C" button for about 3 seconds.

Change of the mode to date (shortly pressing "A" button). Press "A" button for about 3 seconds, set all functions (year>month>day) using "C" or "D" button and confirm using "A" button.

- Setting the alarm clock: Change the mode to "alarm clock" by shortly pressing "A" button two times (the display shows icon and ringtone) and holding "A" button for 3 seconds, setting hour and minutes. Set using "C" and "D" buttons and confirm using "A" button. Activation and deactivation of the alarm clock is followed by pressing "C" button.

Temperature/Humidity

- Max./min. function: pressing "B" button allows reading maximum and minimum temperature and humidity measured from the last connection of the battery - under the thermometer icon located in the right corner of the display there will appear MAX/MIN words.

- Humidity - the device shows relative humidity measured in the room in which it is located, as well as the comfort level associated with humidity.

- Press "E" button to change the temperature measurement unit, i.e. °C /°F

CLEANING

1. DO NOT immerse the scale in water.
2. Clean with soft moist cloth without detergents, wipe dry
