1. Risk of electrical shock

6. Cleaning the device

- Insert the HDD (printed side up) into the enclosure gently and close the door. Lock the door if needed.
Hardware installation
- Turn OFF the PC and any other connected peripheral devices.
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the PC and remove the cover of your PC.
- Remove the panels from the available 3x 5.25" bay.
- Insert the HDD enclosure into the bay and fix it with 4 screws on each side.
- Connect the Mini SAS HD port of the enclosure to the PCI/ PCIe Mini SAS HD card with a Mini SAS HD cable.
- Then connect the SATA Power ports.
- Replace the PC cover and reconnect the power cable for the PC.

How to use
1. Independent power switch
Press the power switch button for 3 seconds to switch on/ off power of the bays Power on/ off for all HDDs
Switch on all bays: Press bay 1 or bay 2 power switch for 3 times.
Switch off all bays: Press bay 3 or bay 4 power switch for 3 times.

3. LED indicator
Power indicator: Blue LED is on steady
Activity indicator: Blue LED is blinking
Fan failure: Orange LED is blinking
Temperature: Red LED is blinking
4. Fan failure alarm
When the fan fails, the buzzer is on and orange LED is blinking. Press any power switch button to stop the buzzer. Orange LED will be off when the function is back to normal.
5. Temperature alarm
When the temperature is above the setting, the buzzer is on and red LED is blinking. Press any power switch button to stop the buzzer. Red LED will be off when the temperature is below the setting.
6. HDD activity indicator switch

OFF: Turn off the activity indicator
ON: Turn on the activity indicator
7. Fan speed switch

AUTO: When the internal temperature reaches 30\ °C , the fan starts running. Fan speed will be adjusted automatically by the temperature changes. Fan spins at the highest speed when the temperature reaches 40\ °C .
HIGH: Fan spins at the highest speed when the temperature reaches 30 °C.

8. Buzzer switch

OFF: Turn off the buzzer sound
ON: Turn on the buzzer sound
9. Temperature alarm setting

Temperature alarm can be set to 55, 60 or 65 °C.
