Information on the topic.

DANGER for children
Keep the packaging materials out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation.

Risk of burns

Wear oven gloves!
The grill plates (1, 4) can get very hot when in use. Use a pan holder or oven gloves to protect yourself.

WARNING about property damage
- The microwave grill must be used in a microwave oven only. It may not be used on a hob, as this would cause irreversible damage to the microwave grill. Furthermore, the microwave grill must not be heated in a conventional oven.
- The microwave grill must only be used in a microwave oven in microwave mode at a maximum of 900 W power and without the grill or fan functions. Otherwise the microwave grill may be irreversibly damaged.
-
Never use the microwave grill empty unless you are pre-heating it, and then for no more than 3 minutes.
-
The microwave grill must always be used with both grill plates (1, 4) when used in the microwave. Otherwise, correct functionality cannot be guaranteed.
- Thin or sharp objects could damage the non-stick coating. Only use kitchen tools made of heat-resistant plastic or wood. Never cut the food directly on the grill plate (1, 4).
- The microwave grill is dishwasher-safe. However, cleaning it in a dishwasher machine can lead to discolouration.
- Cleaning it with aggressive or solvent-based detergents can produce discolouration or damage.
- Discolouration of the coating and the silicone parts is seen as a normal sign of wear. It does not affect usability and does not represent a fault under the warranty.

5. Before you start
Remove all protective films and any stickers. We recommend cleaning the microwave grill and all accessories before first use.
5.1 Fitting the handles (2, 3)
In order for the food to be heated evenly on top and underneath, it must touch both grill plates (1, 4).
| Slide the handles (3) onto the lower grill plate (4).Important:The arrows on the bottom of the lower grill plate (4) must point to the arrows on the handles (3), see diagram opposite. | ![]() |
| Slide the handles (2) on the upper grill plate (1).Important:The arrows on the top of the upper grill plate (1) must point to the arrows on the handles (2), see diagram opposite. | ![]() |
While cooking, the upper grill plate (1) works like a lid. When the food is in the lower grill plate (4), it is lowered onto the handles (3) of the lower grill plate (4).
See the steps in figure B.

Because all the microwave grill surfaces can get very hot, we also recommend that you wear oven gloves to avoid getting burnt.
6. Use
Thanks to its special design, the microwave grill cannot just be used to heat but also to sauté and to fry food.

Warning about property damage!
- Use with max. 900 W of microwave power!
- Never use in grill or fan mode!
- Except for a pre-heating of max. 3 minutes, never use empty.

To ensure your food browns evenly, we recommend adding a small amount of cooking oil or fat.

Check the food regularly to prevent it from drying out or burning. At the same time, check the progress of the cooking.
- Place the ingredients on the lower grill plate (4). Do not overfill the microwave grill.
- Move the upper grill plate (1) from the top onto the food and place the microwave grill into the microwave oven.
- Select the power and cooking time you want and start the microwave oven.
- When the cooking process is finished, always remove the microwave grill using oven gloves, as it gets very hot.
7. Cleaning

Risk of getting burnt! Allow the microwave grill and all accessories to cool down completely before cleaning to prevent burns.
- Do not use any solvent-based or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not use thin or sharp tools, wire wool or scouring sand, as these could damage the coating.
• We recommend cleaning in warm water with normal washing-up liquid.
• To release crusted-on dirt, leave to soak for a while, if required.
• After cleaning, rinse with plenty of clean water to remove any remaining washing-up liquid. - Then dry all items carefully.

All parts are dishwasher-proof. To protect the non-stick coating, only use dishwasher programmes up to a maximum of 55\ °C . Using a dishwasher may lead to discolouration of the coating and silicone parts, but this does not affect the usability of the product.
7.1 Storage
When you are not going to use it. clean the microwave grill as described in the previous chapter. Store the microwave grill in a clean and dry place.
8. Troubleshooting
The food does not get hot enough.
- In order to enjoy all the benefits of the microwave grill, it must be used with both grill plates (1, 4).
