In this regard, please read the following assembly instructions and safety notices with care. Use this appliance only as described and only for the specified areas of application. Intended use
This round barbecue is intended exclusively for the preparation of grilled foods. It is suitable only for use outdoors. This round barbecue is intended for use only in domestic environments, not for commercial applications.
No liability will be assumed for damage caused by misuse or improper handling, the use of force or unauthorised modification.
Claims of any kind for damage resulting from unintended use, incompetent repairs, unauthorised modification or the use of unauthorised spare parts will not be accepted.
The user is the sole bearer of the risk.

Basic safety instructions
WARNING
Risk of burns
- Place the round barbecue on a secure, level and firm surface during use, otherwise it could tip over.
- CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol to ignite or reignite the grill! Use only ignition aids that comply with EN 1860-3. The defl agration could cause an uncontrollable development of heat.
- ATTENTION! During use, the round barbecue will become very hot and may not be moved, otherwise it could tip over.
- ATTENTION! Keep children and pets well away from it!
- When grilling, wear appropriate grilling gloves and use grilling tongs.
- Never leave the round barbecue unsupervised when hot.
- Allow the round barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it.
- Never use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.

Risk of suff ocation!
▶ CAUTION! Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Never operate the grill in an enclosed space, but only outdoors!

NOTE

Assembly
Preparing for assembly
Allow yourself plenty of time to assemble the round barbecue. Find a level work surface about one to two square metres in size. Remove all individual items from the packaging and place them where they are conveniently handy.
Required Tools

Phillips head screwdriver

Open-ended spanners width across fl ats 5,5 mm, width across fl ats 8 mm
WARNING
▶ To avoid possible injury, the screw heads should always face outwards.
Step 1
♦ Screw the handle 1 to the hood 3 using bolt M5 x 10 Ⓒ, washers ∅6 x 16 Ⓕ, spring ring ∅5 Ⓗ and wing nut M5 Ⓛ.
◆ Secure the air vent ② to the hood ③ using bolt M5 x 10 Ⓒ, washer ∅6 x 12 Ⓖ, spring washer ∅5 Ⓗ and nut M5 Ⓘ.

Step 2
♦ Screw the support legs 10 to the fi rebowl 7 using bolts M6 x 30 B and washers ∅6 x 25 E.
Secure the ventilation plates 2 to the fi rebowl 7 using screws M5 x 10 ©, washers ∅6 x 12 G, spring rings ∅5 H and nuts M5 I.

Step 3
◆ Secure the bracket closures 8 and the brackets 9 to the fi rebowl 7 using bolts M3×10 D and nuts M3 J.

Step 4
Place the charcoal bowl ⑥ into the fi rebowl ⑦ and screw in place using bolt M6 x 60 A and wing nut M6 K.

Step 5
◆ Attach the handle 5 to the cooking grill 4 and place it onto the brackets 9. You can now remove the handle 5 from the cooking grill 4 again, so that it does not interfere when you are barbecuing.
If you would like to transport the round barbecue, place the hood 3 onto the fi rebowl 7 and secure it with the bracket closures 8.

Using the device
NOTE
Before initial use, the round barbecue must be warmed up for at least 30 minutes.
WARNING
Warning about burns!
- Place the round barbecue on a secure, level and firm surface during use, otherwise it could tip over.
▶ CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol to ignite or reignite the grill! Use only ignition aids that comply with EN 1860-3. The defl agration could cause an uncontrollable development of heat.
■ Layer a portion of the charcoal into the charcoalbow ^6 .
Place one or two solid fi relighters on the existing layer of charcoal and ignite the solid fi relighters with a match or lighter.
- Allow the fi relighters to burn for 2 to 4 minutes. Then slowly fi ll the charcoal-bowl ⑥ with charcoal.
■ After about 20 minutes the charcoal will display a white coating of ash. The optimal burning temperature has now been reached.
■ Use a suitable metal tool to distribute the charcoal evenly in the charcoal-bowl 6.
■ Hook in the 4 cooking grill and start barbecuing.
If you are barbecuing using the hood 3, ensure that the ventilation plates 2 on the fi rebowl 7 and the hood 3 are open in order to provide a supply of oxygen.
Cleaning and care
WARNING
Risk of burning
▶ Allow the round barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it or putting it into storage. NEVER use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
CAUTION
- Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents, they can damage the enamelled components.
For normal cleaning, use a cloth and water with normal detergent.
Clean the cooking grill with detergent and a household sponge.
Disposal
Dispose of fl ammable materials carefully and in an environmentally friendly manner. Only dispose of residual waste in containers made of metal and intended for this purpose or made of non-fl ammable materials.
Dispose of the round barbecue via an approved waste management centre or at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations. Please contact your waste management centre should you be in any doubt.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.

The warranty provided for this device is 3 years from the date of purchase. This device has been manufactured with care and inspected meticulously prior to delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact Customer Service by telephone. This is the only way to guarantee free dispatch of your goods.
NOTE
The warranty only covers claims for material and manufacturing defects, not for transport damage, parts subject to wear and tear or damage to fragile components such as switches.
This device is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty is deemed void if this product has been subjected to improper or inappropriate handling, abuse or modifications not carried out by one of our authorised service centres. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs made under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. Damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking, or no later than two days after the date of purchase. Repairs made after expiry of the warranty period are chargeable.
