SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep these instructions, warranty card, purchase receipt and, if possible, the box, together with inner packaging.
- This appliance is only for domestic use, and not for commercial use.
- Always disconnect the mixer from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Inspect the power cable and appliance regularly. If any defect is found, do not operate the appliance.
- Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. It must be repaired by a qualified technician to avoid possible hazards.
- Keep appliance and cable away from direct sunlight, damp, sharp edges and other dangers.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when in use! Always unplug the unit when it is not in use, even if only for a moment.
- Do not use third party accessories.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Never allow the unit to come into contact with or become immersed in water or other liquids. Do not use the unit with wet hands.
- Use this appliance only for its intended purpose.

Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than food.

PREPARING THE DOUGH HOOKS OR BEATERS
Always check the mixer is properly switched off.
Inserting the Dough Hooks or Beaters
- Insert the two Beaters (G&H) into body of appliance, turn slowly until they snap into place.
- Insert the two Dough Hooks (E&F) into corresponding holes, turn slowly until they snap into place.
- Never use Beaters and Dough Hooks together.
USING YOUR DOUGH HOOKS OR BEATERS
NB: Do not run this appliance for more than 4 consecutive minutes. Allow the appliance to cool down before continue operation (up to 30 minutes).
Speed Control (B):
From stop to slow to fast.
Turbo Button (A):
For a short high-speed burst; press and release (Pulse action).
To remove Dough Hooks or Beaters
To detach Dough Hooks / Beaters, press the Ejection Button (C). The Ejection Button will not work if the speed is not at "0" position.
Short-time operation
The appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of food; it can be operated without interruption for a maximum of 4 minutes (small kneader) /2 min (bigger kneader), then it should be allowed to rest for up to 30 minutes in order to cool down before continue operation.
OPERATING PROCEDURE
- Ensure that the speed control is at "0" position.
- Insert plug into a mains socket (220-240V\~ 50/60Hz) and switch on the appliance.

Slowly direct and put the beating accessory into the material to be beaten.
Adjust the speed control:
"Slow" Dough Hooks: butter, potatoes
"Slow" Beaters: sauces, milk products
"Fast" Dough Hooks: light pastry dough
"Very fast" Beaters: whipped desserts, cream
"Very fast" Beaters: egg whites, whipped cream -
Gently move the unit up and down while beating.
NB: For best results, use a medium-sized, high-sided bowl.
Procedure to yeast dough for dough hooks accessories
Use a bowl with a height of 130 mm and an inner diameter of 170 mm at the top, tapering down to 150 mm at the bottom to contain the yeast dough made by 1000 g flour + 650 g water, 4 minutes (small kneader)/ 1000 g flour + 700 g water, 2 minutes (bigger kneader).
Procedure to egg whites for beater accessories
It can be operated without interruption for a maximum of 4 minutes made by 8 egg whites or 500 ml cream or 600 g flour + 700 g water, then it should be allowed break 30 minutes to cool down before continue operation.
CARE OF YOUR APPLIANCE
- Remove plug from mains socket.
- Clean the mixer with a dry cloth after use.
- Wash beaters or hooks as normal with water and washing liquid.
