Frequently Asked Questions - L185VC15E Logik

How do I empty the dust container?
Press the dust container release button to remove it, then hold over a trash bin and press the bottom lid release to empty. Wash the container with water only if necessary, and dry completely before reinstalling.
How often should I clean the HEPA filter?
Clean the HEPA filter every 3 months or when the indicator shows reduced suction. Tap off loose dust or rinse under cold water (not recommended for non-washable filters). Air dry for 24 hours before reinstalling.
What should I do if the vacuum loses suction?
First check if the dust container is full or the filters are clogged. Empty the container and clean the filters. Also inspect the hose and attachments for blockages. If the problem persists, refer to the manual.
Can I use the vacuum on hardwood floors without scratching?
Yes, the combination floor head can be adjusted for hard floors using a switch. Ensure the brush roll is set to hard floor mode to avoid scratches.
How do I store the vacuum and attachments?
The vacuum has a parking slot on the back of the canister for the floor head and a clip for the hose. Wrap the cord around the cord hooks and store attachments in the provided accessory holder or separately.
What is the warranty period for this vacuum?
The Logik L185VC15E comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
How do I replace the belt for the brush roll?

The vacuum cleaner emits a burning smell. What should I do?
Immediately turn off and unplug the vacuum. Check if the filter is excessively dirty or if there is a blockage. Also inspect the belt for overheating. Allow the vacuum to cool, clean filters, and remove any blockages. If the smell persists, contact customer service.
Can I use extension cords with this vacuum?
