GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The appliance is not to be used by persons with reduced sensitivity, physical or mental disabilities or persons who are unable to use the appliance, unless supervised or instructed by a person responsible for their safety.
- Keep the appliance under constant supervision while in use. Keep an eye on any children in the vicinity of the appliance when it is in use. The appliance is not a toy.
- Incorrect use of this appliance may cause personal injury and damage the appliance.
- Use for its intended purpose only. The manufacturer is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from incorrect use or handling (see also Guarantee Terms).
- For domestic use only, not for outdoor or commercial use.
- Connect to 230 V 50 Hz power source only.

Don't use this appliance with connecting to any external programmer, timer, or the separate remote control system to avoid the product incident damage, and the fire risk.

Do not use with the power cord other than that supplied.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Always place the appliance on a dry, level and firm surface, and well away from the edges and it is impossible to pull or trip over the cord when using the appliance.
- Ensure that the accessories are fitted securely and correctly, before you switch on the appliance.
- NEVER use your fingers, kitchen utensils or similar to push ingredients down the feeding tube in the meat grinder body! Use the accompanying tamper.
- NEVER put your fingers, kitchen utensils or similar in the openings of the appliance.
- Keep hands and kitchen utensils away from whisks or dough hooks while the machine is running.
- NEVER touch the moving parts of the appliance until it has come to a complete stop.
- Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and cleaning.
- Always switch off the appliance at the wall socket and unplug before changing an accessory.
- Always fit the protective cover when not using the accessory socket.
- The appliance must never be run for more than 5 minutes at a time. Allow the appliance to cool before continuing to use it.

PRIOR TO FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging material, and check that there is not any supplied accessory part missing.
- Before using for the first time, or after prolonged storage without use, wash any parts that will come into contact with food.
- To remove any metal residue from the production process, we recommend you fit the auger (15), knife (16) and meat screen (17) in the meat grinder body (3) and allow the appliance to run for approximately 2 minutes with each meat screen without food. Then clean the accessories before use.
Whisking, mixing and kneading Assembly
- Place the motor section on a flat surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure it is standing firmly.
- Press the arm release button (11), and tilt the arm (13) up.
- Insert the transparent lid (6) into the flange around the shaft, and turn it in an anti-clockwise direction until it clicks into place. The opening in the lid should point towards you.

Fit the mixing bowl (7) in the recess (8) on the motor section base, so the pins on the bowl go down into the slots in the base. Turn the bowl anti-clockwise to lock it into position.

Chose the accessory part according to the job you will do.

The dough hook (22) is intended to use for the heavy dough, minced meat or other demanding kneading jobs.

The whisks (21, 23) are intended to use for beating the cream, whisking the egg whites, etc.

Fit the splash guard (24) to the accessory part you chose. Then fit the accessory onto the shaft on the underside of the arm by inserting the end pin of the accessory into the hole on the shaft and turning the nut on the shaft clockwise to screw up until the accessory is securely locked onto the shaft.

Press the arm release button, and lower down the arm until it locks into place with a click. The appliance is now ready for use.
Use
-
Lift up the arm and open the lid to add the food into the bowl, or you can add the food into the through the opening on the lid.

Turn the "On/Off" knob and set the speed to the desired setting to start the appliance.
-
The speed setting from the setting 1 to the setting 3 are recommended for the job like the heavy dough kneading.

The speed setting from the setting 4 to the setting 6 are recommended for the job like the cake dough mixing, or beating the cream, or whisking the egg white.

If you want the food processing activated in pulse, you can turn the "On/Off" knob anti-clockwise to position "P" and hold for the interval that you want the pulse activation last.

Turn off the appliance by turning the "On/Off" knob back to the position "0".
USING THE MEAT GRINDER Assembly
- Place the motor section on a flat surface. Ensure the arm is tilted down and locked securely in position.
- Remove the protective cover from the accessory socket (5).
- Press down the lock button (14) beside the accessory socket, and place the meat grinder body (3) in the accessory socket with tilting the tube roughly 45 degrees and fitting the end of the meat grinder body into the groove in the accessory socket. Then turn the meat grinder body anti-clockwise to vertical position, and release the lock button. The latch pin slips into the hole on the accessory with a clear click. Hold the meat grinder body and turn it to both sides slightly to ensure it is securely locked on the front of the arm.
- Fit the auger (15) in the meat grinder body with the plastic connection inwards, and press firmly into place.
- Fit the cross cutter (16) onto the auger connection. The sharp edges of the blades should point towards the meat screen (17).
- Fit one of the three meat screens on top of the knife. Turn the screen, so the two pins are aligned with the indentations on the grinder body. Select the meat screen for the required consistency. You can choose fine, medium and coarse.

Fit the ring nut (4) over the meat screen on the grinder body. Turn clockwise to lock. Turn clockwise to lock. The ring nut must hold the meat screen securely in place. But do not over tighten.

Fit the tray (1) onto the meat grinder body.

The appliance is now ready for use.
Grinding Meat
- Cut your meat into smaller pieces, so the pieces fit into the feeding tube. Use cubes or strips no bigger than 2 × 2 × 6 cm.
- Put the pieces of meat onto the tray.
- Place the mixing bowl or similar under the meat grinder body opening.
- Switch on the appliance by turning the on/off button to position 6.
- The meat pieces travel down the feeding tube. Push down carefully with the tamper (2). Do not press too hard because it may damage the appliance.
- Turn off the appliance by turning the on/off button to position 0 when you have finished using it. Switch off and unplug the appliance before you change the accessories or take the appliance apart.
- Always fit the protective cover when not using the accessory socket.
IMPORTANT!
Always remove bone, gristle, tendons, and rind before grinding the meat.
Frozen food must be thoroughly defrosted before grinding.
The meat grinder must only be used to grind meat. Avoid grinding pasty foods, e.g. food containing breadcrumbs, as this could damage the appliance.
Making pasta
You can make pasta with this appliance by feeding prepared pasta dough through the meat grinder. 4 pieces of pasta discs as illustrated are provided to make the different types of pasta. You can chose to make the Italy pasta, or Chinese noodles through selecting the different pasta disc for the moulding, and following the procedure same as used for the meat grinding, but simply fitting one of the pasta discs (18) instead of the meat screens when assembling the appliance.

The illustrated accessories are provided to make the sausage. You can make sausages by stuffing seasoned mince into skins using the sausage horn.

Follow the same procedure as used for the meat grinding to assemble the meat grinder onto the arm.

Fit the sausage horn (20) between the meat screen and the ring nut, then you can fill the sausage while grinding the meat.
- Or replace the cross cutter by the spreader disc (19a), fit the sausage horn without the meat screen, and lock up the ring nut, then you can chose to make the sausage with the minced/soused meat.
Making the pastry
The illustrated accessories are provided to make the pastry.

- Fit the spreader (19b) instead of the cross cutter onto the scroll connector.
- Fit the round metal holder of the biscuit adapter (25) onto the scroll connector.
- Fit the ring nut and turn clockwise to lock the metal holder of the biscuit adaptor securely in place. But do not over tighten.
- Fit the patterned flat metal strip into the metal holder. Push the metal strip back or forward to select the pattern.

Switch on the appliance, and feed the dough gradually into the feeding tube. Press down using the tamper.

Catch the dough ‘sausage’ as it exits the appliance, making sure it does not break. Cut the dough to the desired size for baking.
Making kebbe
The illustrated accessories are provided to make the traditional Middle Eastern Food kebbe.
- Follow the same procedure as above described to fit the meat grinder on to the arm.
- Use the kebbe accessory to replace the cross cutter and meat screen, and fit them onto the scroll connector.
- Fit the ring nut and turn clockwise to lock the kebbe accessory securely in place.
- Switch on the appliance, and feed the minced/sauced mixture gradually into the feeding tube. Press down using the tamper.
- Catch the exited mixture, and cut into piece with the desired length for further cooking.

- Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as they can damage the external surfaces of the appliance.
- Disassemble the parts and clean all of the accessories separately. Metal parts must be washed in warm water and detergent only! Plastic parts can be washed warm water and detergent or in a dishwasher. Make sure the plastic parts are not fixed firmly in the dishwasher as this may change their shape.
- Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and cleaning.
- IMPORTANT! Allow to dry completely after cleaning. Do not use the appliance if it is damp.
- We recommend you lubricate the meat screens with vegetable oil after cleaning, and store them in grease-proof paper to minimise the risk of rust and discolouration.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to the following:
- Remove the plug from the mains socket, and allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning it.
- Do not immerse the motor section of the appliance in water and make sure no water enters the appliance.
FOR UNITED KINGDOM ONLY Plug wiring:
This product is fitted with a BS 1363 13-amp plug. If you have to replace the fuse, only those that are ASTA or BSI approved to BS1362 and with a rated current of 13 amps should be used. If there is a fuse cover fitted, this cover must be refitted after changing the fuse. If the fuse cover is lost or damaged, the plug must not be used. You must also check if the socket outlets in your home fit with the plug of the appliance. If the socket outlet in your home does not fit with the plug, the plug must be removed and disposed of safely as insertion of the plug into the socket is likely to cause electric hazard.
As this product is a class II appliance, the pin of BS plug for earth connection is false.
