  1. Read this manual carefully before first using and retain it for future reference.
  2. Observe all warnings and precautions including assembly steps. Use it only for intended purpose.
  3. Assemble and use it only according to this manual to assure your safety. Inform all other users about safe usage.
  4. Keep it away from children and pets. Don't let children unattended near this device. Only an adult person may assemble and use it.
  5. Ask your physician for advice before starting any exercise program. It is especially necessary if your suffer from some health problems or if you take some medication that could affect your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.

Assembly instruction

Step 1 Attach the front stabilizer (pt.15) to the main fame (pt. 16) using two set of M10*90 handlebar post (7). Attach the rear stabilizer (pt. 4) to the main frame (pt.16) using two sets of ∅10 curved washers (pt. 5), M10 domed nut (pt. 6) and M10*90 carriage bolt.

Step 2 Slide the vertical seat post (pt. 10) into the seat post housing on the main frame (pt. 16). Then slide the Sliding Tube (pt. 12) into the Vertical Seat Post (pt. 10), then secure using a flat washer 1 (20) and L Shape knob (19). You will have to slacken the knurled section of the L Shape knob (pt. 19) and pull the knob back and then select the desired height. Release the knob and retighten the knurled prtion.

Now fix the Seat (pt. 13) to the Sliding Tube (pt. 12) as down and tighten the bolts around the screws under the seat.

Step 3 Slide the handlebar post (pt. 17) into the handlebar post housing on th main frame (pt. 16). You will have to slacken the knurled section of the L shape Knob (pt. 19) and pull the knob back and then the desired height. Preleade the knob and retighten the knurled portion. Then fix the handlebar (pt. 18) with a flat washer 1 (20) and L shape knob (19).

Attention: you should fix the handlebar tightly.

Install the console (76) into the suport tube of the handlebar (18). Connect the sensor wire (A1&A2).

Step 4 The Pedals (pt.1 L & pt.1 R) are marked "L" and "R" - Left and Right.

Connect them to their appropriate crank arms. The right crank arm is on the right-hand side of the cycle as you sit on it. Note that the Right pedal should be threaded on clockwise and the Left pedal anticlockwise.

Setting value

  1. At the stop state, Press the enter key, Then press UP or DOWN keys to set up your exercise TIME, DISTANCE.
  2. Press the START key to START/STOP exercise.
  3. When you reach the target, the console will produce beep sounds and then stop.
  4. If you set up more than one target and you would like to reach next target, press START/STOP key to keep on exercise.
  5. Wake-Up Function
  6. The monitor will entry SLEEP mode (LCD off) when there is no signal input and no key be pressed after 4 minutes. Press the screen to start the monitor.

Functions and Features

  1. TIME: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. Your console will automatically count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals. You many also program your console to count down from a set value by using the UP and DOWN keys. If you continue exercising once the time has reached 0:00, the console will begin beeping, and reset itself to the original time set, letting you know your workout is done.
  2. SPEED: Displays your workout speed value in KM per hour. If no speed signal input then the console will display "0.0" on the window.
  3. DISTANCE: Displays the accumulative distance traveled during each workout up to a maximum of 99.9KM.
  4. CALORIES: Your console will estimate the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout.
  5. RPM: Your pedal cadence.
  6. PULSE: Your console displays your pulse rate in beats per minute during your workout. If no pulse signal input then the console will display "P" on the window.

Key function

UP key: During the setting mode, press the key to increase the value of Time and Distance.

DOWN key: During the setting mode, press the key to decrease the value of Time and Distance.

ENTER key: During the setting mode, press the key to accept the current data entry; At the stop mode, by holding this key for over two seconds the user can reset all values to zero or default value.

I. WARM-UP PHASE

This phase should help improving blood circulation and make your muscles working properly while reducing a cramp risk or injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown below. Each stretching exercise should be taken for approx. 30 seconds. Don't overstretch and don't jerk your muscles. If you feel pain, stop immediately.

II. EXERCISE PHASE

It is a phase, during which you should put in your effort. After regular workout, your leg muscles should get more flexible. Keep steady tempo throughout your exercising. The workout intensity should be sufficient to raise your heartbeat into the target zone as shown below.

NOTE: This stage should last for at least 12 mins. Thus, most people start at approx. 15-20 mins.

III. COOL-DOWN PHASE

In this stage, your cardio-vascular system and muscles should get calm. Repeat the warm-up exercises, reduce your tempo and continue for approx. 5 mins. Repeat the stretching exercises, but don't overstretch or jerk your muscles. As you get fitter, you can exercise longer and harder. It is advisable to train at least three times a week and, if possible, to space your workouts evenly throughout a week.

Proper maintenance is very important to ensure a faultless and operational condition of the treadmill. Improper maintenance can cause damage to the treadmill or shorten the life of the product.
