How do I turn on the Lamax Dots3 earbuds?

The earbuds automatically turn on when removed from the charging station. To turn on manually, hold the multifunction button on either earbud for 5 seconds until an audible notification sounds.

How do I pair the Dots3 with my phone?

Remove the earbuds from the charging station. They will automatically connect to each other; one earbud (master) will flash blue indicating pairing mode. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select LAMAX Dots3 from the list. A voice prompt confirms successful pairing.

How do I reset the earbuds if they don't pair?

Remove the earbuds from your phone's Bluetooth list. Insert both earbuds into the charging station. Simultaneously press the multifunction button on each earbud 5 times. Both earbuds will flash 5 times, then restart pairing as normal.

How long does the battery last?

The earbuds provide up to 9 hours of playback on a single charge. The charging station holds an additional 380 mAh, allowing multiple recharges.

How do I charge the earbuds and the case?

Switching on

The earphones automatically switch on when removed from the charging station. To switch on manually, hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds. An audible notification sounds when switching on.

The earphones automatically switch off when inserted into the charging station. To switch off manually, hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds. An audible notification will sound when switching off.

Pairing

1. Remove the earphones from the charging station. The earphones will automatically connect to each other. One of the earphones will be the master and ready for pairing, this is indicated by a blue flash. The other earphone will glow blue.

2. Switch on Bluetooth on your device and search for LAMAX Dots3 in the list of available Bluetooth devices. After successful pairing, an audible notification will sound. The LEDs in both earphones will be blue and will turn off after a while.

If you have problems with pairing, remove the earphones from the list of paired devices on your phone. Insert the earphones into the charging station. Press the multi-function button on both earphones 5 times at the same time. Both earphones will flash 5 times. Then pair them as described in step 1.

Charging

To charge the charging station, plug the cable into the USB-C port on the back of the charging station and plug the other end of the cable into a USB power supply with a maximum input voltage of 5V and current of 2A. The LED will flash blue when charging. When fully charged, it will glow blue. If the charging station is discharged, the LED will flash red for 4 seconds

Before using for the first time, be sure to remove the transparent protection film on the charging pins from the inside of both earphones.

To charge the earphones, insert them into the charged charging station, the LED on the charging station will light red for 4 seconds and turn off. When charging, the LED in the earphones glows white and when fully charged, the LED will light blue for 30 seconds and then turn off.
