Power setting
Plug the supplied AC/DC power adapter into an AC household outlet to power the unit. Open the backup battery door on the rear panel of the main unit and plug the DC connector of the power adapter into the DC power jack on the right side panel of the battery compartment. Route the power cord through the hole at the right bottom corner of the battery door, then close the battery door. The display will light up, and the unit will be ready for use.
Open the battery compartment cover of the outdoor wireless transmitter. Insert 2 x AA batteries into the compartment, following the correct polarity as indicated inside. (Batteries are included.) We recommend using high-quality alkaline or lithium batteries for best performance. Heavy-duty or rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
The transmitter's display will show temperature and humidity data once it is powered. Briefly press the channel button (above the battery compartment) to switch between channels 1~3. Briefly press the C/F button to switch the temperature unit.
The main unit can also operate on dry battery power alone. Open the battery door on the rear panel and insert 3 x AA batteries (not included) according to the engraved positive and negative polarity markings. The unit will then be ready for use. Battery power also serves as backup for settings.
Receiving signal from the outdoor wireless transmitter
After power is set up, the main unit will automatically detect and receive the outdoor temperature and humidity wireless signal from the transmitter. Signal searching may take up to 3 minutes. During searching, the wireless symbol (near the channel on the display) will flash, and it will become stable once the signal is received. If no signal is received, the wireless symbol will disappear after 3 minutes, and the outdoor temperature and humidity data will show "- -" on the display. To reconnect the wireless signal, press and hold the channel button on top of the main unit for 3 seconds. The unit will scan and reconnect to the wireless signal one by one.
Placement and important notes:
- Important: The main unit can work with and connect to a maximum of 3 outdoor wireless transmitters. Open the battery door of the outdoor wireless transmitter to see and adjust the channel (including 3 channels). To have all 3 transmitters working simultaneously, set each to a different channel. You can check the channel 1/2/3 information on the transmitter's display.
You can adjust the channel number and check the outdoor data between CH1-3 on the display. You can use the same method to connect other wireless transmitters, but please set them to different channels. Only one wireless transmitter is included in the package.
- Please use and place the main unit or transmitter device 1.5~2 meters away from interference sources such as computer monitors or TV sets. Also, place the main unit upright and away from metal window frames.
- Please do not use other electronic products such as headphones or speakers operating at the same signal frequency (433.92MHz), as they may cause interference. Your neighbors' use of electronic devices operating on the same signal frequency (433.92MHz) can also cause interference.
- To ensure accurate temperature measurement, place the device in a dry area, free of dirt and dust. Place it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources or vents.
- You can install the wireless transmitter outdoors. For better accuracy, please place the sensor lengthwise/standing up at least 1.5~2 meters above the ground, with enough air flow and protection from rain. Do not expose the sensor to direct sunlight for a long time.
- The maximum working distance of the wireless transmitter is 80 meters away from the main unit.
- The wireless signal from the transmitter will refresh every 114 (channel 1), 134 (channel 2), and 158 (channel 3) seconds in a cycle.

Press the top backlight and snooze button to save and exit the current setting.
When the alarm rings at the set time, press any button (except the top backlight/snooze button) to cancel the alarm sound. It will wake up again at the same time the next day. Short press the top backlight/snooze button to activate the snooze function, which will wake up again after 5 minutes. The snooze can repeat every 5 minutes. Press any other button (except snooze) to cancel the snooze.
The buzz alarm sound will last for 2 minutes if there is no further operation.
Temperature and humidity
- Indoor temperature range: -10 ~ +50 °C / 14 ~ 122 °F.
- Outdoor temperature range: -40°C ~ 60°C (-40°F ~ 140°F). Remarks: LL.L°C or HH.H°C will show on the display when out of the above range.
- Indoor and outdoor humidity range: 1%-99%. LL% or HH% will display when out of range.
- Temperature accuracy: ±1.0°C between 0°C ~ +50°C / 32°F ~ 104°F. ±1.5°C outside this measuring range.
- Humidity accuracy: (40-70%) ± 5%, others ±8%.
- Press the memory button to check maximum and minimum history data. Press and hold the memory button to manually clear the record. (Remarks: Historical record will be cleared automatically at 00:00 every day.)
- Press the set button to switch temperature units: °C (Celsius degree) or °F (Fahrenheit degree).
Temperature trend
The temperature trend arrow (nearby temperature data) points in different directions depending on whether the latest temperature reading is higher or lower than previous readings.
Arrow angled upwards = Temperature rose by 1°C in the past 1 hour.
Arrow straight = Temperature changed less than 1°C in the past 1 hour.
Arrow angled downwards = Temperature fell by 1°C in the past 1 hour.
Humidity trend
The humidity trend arrow points in different directions depending on whether the latest humidity reading is higher or lower than previous readings.
Arrow angled upwards = Humidity rose by 5% in the past 1 hour.
Arrow straight = Humidity changed less than 5% in the past 1 hour.
Arrow angled downwards = Humidity fell by 5% in the past 1 hour.
Weather forecast
The weather forecast is based on collected hourly barometric pressure value data from the main unit. The forecast station predicts weather conditions for the next 12 hours with 70-75% accuracy. The default weather icon is partly cloudy. The base station will calibrate the weather report in the first 1-2 weeks after power on, based on the barometric pressure data.
Weather forecast will appear in one of the following combinations (reference only):

SUNNY

PARTLY CLOUDY

CLOUDY

RAINY

SNOWY
Please note that the device forecasts the weather based on limited parameters and may differ from official weather forecasts which are calculated on the basis of advanced algorithms.
Backlight and auto dim
When powered by batteries only, press the top backlight/snooze button to turn on the backlight. The backlight will last 20 seconds and then turn off automatically.
When the unit is powered by an AC/DC adapter, press the top backlight/snooze button to adjust the brightness level between high, middle, and low.
If you have set the auto dim time and the setup time is active, the unit will enter auto dim mode, and the auto dim icon will appear next to the clock time on the display. The default auto dim time period is 22:00\~8:00. Long press the top backlight/snooze button for 3 seconds to turn the auto dim function on or off.
Barometric pressure
Once the main unit is powered up, press the + or – button immediately to adjust the barometric pressure values if you want to calibrate it. Short press the backlight/snooze button to exit the setting.
Barometer range: 23.62-32.75 inHg (600-832 mmHg, 850-1050 hPa/mb).
Please note that this weather station reads absolute air pressure, which may differ from that in official weather forecasts. The reason for this difference is that the relative pressure reported in official weather forecasts is reduced to sea level. The absolute pressure indicated in this model is the pressure at a given location at the appropriate altitude.
Low battery power indicator
- About outdoor sensor: When the battery indicator appears next to the outdoor temperature, replace the batteries in your outdoor sensor.
Moon phase
Moon Phase is changed according to Calendar automatically. There are 12 moon phases in loop
