What is the best temperature setting for crispy waffles?
Adjust the thermostat to a higher setting (around 4-5 on the dial) for darker, crisper waffles. For lighter waffles, use a lower setting.
Can I use pancake batter in this waffle maker?
Yes, you can use pancake batter, but note that waffle batter is thicker and yields better texture. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Unplug and let cool. Wipe plates with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse in water.
Why does the ready light stay on?
The ready light indicates the plates have reached the set temperature. It cycles on and off to maintain temperature. If it stays on constantly, the thermostat may be faulty; contact MPM support.
