How to start the setup of the Sony PXW-X320?
Insert a battery or plug in the AC adapter. Insert an SxS or SD card into the appropriate slot. Turn the switch to ON. Wait for the viewfinder to start.
Which recording media are compatible?
The PXW-X320 accepts SxS Pro cards (recommended) and SDHC/SDXC cards of class 10 or higher. Ensure the media are formatted in the camcorder.
How to adjust white balance?
Set the white balance switch to TEMP or WHT. Point the lens at a white surface, press the WHITE BALANCE button. The indicator flashes then goes off.

Setting the Area of Use

When using the camcorder for the first time

You cannot use the camcorder without setting the area of use.

To set the area of use

1 Set the POWER switch to the ON position.

The screen for setting the area of use appears in the viewfinder.

2 Press the MENU knob.

The settings for selectable areas of use are displayed.

3 Turn the MENU knob to select the desired area of use.

4 Set the following items.

5 Turn the MENU knob to select "Finish", then press the MENU knob.

The camcorder is now ready for use.
