How do I pair my Edifier TWS NB with my phone?

Open the charging case with the earbuds inside. Put both earbuds in your ears. They will automatically enter pairing mode (LED blinks blue/red). Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select 'Edifier TWS NB' from the list. If connection fails, place the earbuds back in the case, close and reopen to reset.

What does the LED on the earbuds mean?

Flashing blue/red: pairing mode. Solid blue: connected. Slow flashing blue: ANC on. Solid red: low battery. No light: earbuds charging or off.

How do I control music and calls?

Tap once on left or right earbud: play/pause. Tap twice: next track (right) or previous track (left). Tap three times: volume up (right) or volume down (left). Press and hold 2s: activate voice assistant. Press and hold for ANC mode toggle.

How long does the battery last and how to charge?

Earbuds last up to 11 hours with ANC off. The charging case provides additional 22 hours (total 33h). Use the USB-C cable to charge the case (fully in ~2h). Supports Qi wireless charging (place case on a Qi pad). A 10-minute charge gives 1 hour playback.

Are the Edifier TWS NB waterproof?

They have an IP54 rating, meaning they are protected against dust and splashes/sweat. Do not submerge in water. Wipe with a dry cloth after heavy exercise.

How to reset the earbuds?

Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Wait 10 seconds. Open the case and press and hold the touch areas on both earbuds for 5 seconds until the LEDs flash red three times. Close the case again, then reopen to reconnect.

Can I use only one earbud at a time?

Yes, you can use either the left or right earbud independently. Take one out of the case, it will automatically connect as a mono headset. Put the other back in the case or leave it out.

What is the Bluetooth range?

The effective range is up to 10 meters (33 feet) in open line of sight. Walls and obstacles may reduce range.

How do I clean the earbuds?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. For the eartips and mesh, use a cotton swab slightly dampened with water or mild soap. Do not use alcohol or abrasive cleaners. Let them dry completely before putting back in the case.

Why is one earbud not working?

First, check battery levels. If one earbud is dead, charge both. Reset the earbuds (see FAQ). If still issues, ensure Bluetooth is paired properly. Try forgetting the device and re-pairing. If the problem persists, contact Edifier support.

Operational Guide

- Charge the Headphones

During using, if only red light flashes, it indicates headphones are at low battery level, please use them after fully charged.

Charging: place the headphones into the charging case

Red light lit in a breathing pattern = charging

Red light off = fully charged

Charging time: about 1.5 hours for a full charging

- Charge the Charging Case

If indicator light flashes slowly, its flashing times mean the times that the headphones can be charged, if the indicator light flashes rapidly, it means the charging case has a low battery capacity, please charge it in time; once the battery runs out, the headphones cannot be turned on. Indicator light steady lit = charging Indicator light off = fully charged

Rated input: 5V = 60mA(headphone) 5V = 500mA(charging case)

Warning: The rechargeable batteries that provide power for this product must be disposed properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in fire to prevent an explosion.

If not used for long periods of time, it is recommended to charge the product with lithium battery at least once per 3 months.

2. Power off automatically while placed into the charging case.

- Bluetooth Connection

1. Two Headphones Mode

• Open the charging case to take two headphones out, press and hold the touch button of the left headphone to enter pairing state, red and blue light flashing rapidly;
• Set mobile phone to search for and connect to "EDIFIER TWS1", after pairing is successful, blue light will flash slowly.

2. One Headphone Mode

If use one headphone only, please take the left or right headphone out from the charging case, and refer to the procedures mentioned in "Two Headphones Mode" to pair it with mobile phone.

- TWS (true wireless stereo) Pairing of the Left and Right Headphones

The left and right headphones have finished TWS pairing before leaving the factory. If the wireless connection fails to resume, please follow the steps below to re-pair:

• With no TWS and Bluetooth connection, double press the touch buttons to enter TWS pairing state, blue lights flashing rapidly;
  • After pairing is done, blue lights of two headphones will flash slowly.

■ Functional Operation Instructions

• Music playback (same operation for the left and right headphones)

- Call (same operation for the left and right headphones)

- Clear pairing records: With no TWS and Bluetooth connection, respectively press and hold the touch button for 8 seconds.

- Disconnect from mobile phone: When the phone is connected, no music is playing and no phone conversation, press and hold the touch button for 5 seconds.

FAQs

Red light instead of blue light flashes.

- The headphones are at low battery level, please recharge the headphones.

Red light is off during charging.

• Please ensure the headphones are correctly placed into the charging case.
• When the headphones are not used for long periods of time, the battery will enter sleep state, it needs to charge about 30 minutes and then the red light will be lit.

No sound

• Check if the headphones are operating.
• Check if the headphones volume is at an appropriate level.
• Check if the headphones are correctly connected with mobile phone.
• Check if the headphones are operating within a normal working range.

The call quality of the headphones is not good.

• Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
• Please ensure the headphones are within effective distance (10m) and no obstacle between the headphones and mobile phone.

When playing music, cannot control pause/play/previous track/next track via headphones.

- Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.

Maintenance

During using, please read the following suggestions carefully.

• Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal circuit. Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product to make damage.
• Do not put the product in places exposed to sun or with high temperature. High temperature will shorten service life of electronic components, damage battery and deform plastic components.
• Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging internal circuit board.
• Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with hard object to avoid damaging internal circuit.
• Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.
• Do not use sharp objects to scratch product surface to avoid damaging shell and affecting looking.

If the product cannot operate properly, please send it to your qualified maintenance agency.
