How do I set up the MSI MPG341CQR monitor?

How do I adjust the monitor settings using the Navi Key?

Can I mount this monitor on a wall?
Yes, it supports VESA 100x100 mm mounting. Use M4 x 10mm screws (included). Remove the stand and attach a compatible wall mount kit. Ensure the wall can support the monitor's weight (9.7 kg).
Why is there no image on the screen?
Check that the monitor and PC are powered on. Verify the video cable is securely connected. Try a different input source. If the computer is in standby, press any key. Ensure the correct input source is selected in OSD.

Connect the included USB Upstream cable from the monitor's USB-B port to a USB port on your PC. Once connected, the USB Type-A ports on the monitor will function. The USB-C port supports video and power (5V/3A) but not data.
How to reset the monitor to factory settings?

Installing the Monitor Stand

  1. Align the latches of the stand to the monitor. Tighten the stand with the stand screws.
  2. Adjust the angle of the stand. Align the latches to place the VESA cover.
  3. Connect the base to the stand and tighten the base screw to secure the base.

IMPORTANT

Place the monitor on a soft, protected surface to avoid scratching the display panel.

Connecting the Monitor to PC

  1. Turn off your computer.
  2. Connect the HDMI/DisplayPort cable from the monitor to your computer.
  3. Connect the power cord to the monitor power jack. (Figure A)
  4. Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet. (Figure B)
  5. Turn on the monitor. (Figure C)
  6. Power on the computer and select your input source in OSD menu.

- Check if the monitor signal cable is properly connected.
■ The computer may be in Standby mode. Press any key to activate the monitor.

The screen image is not properly sized or centered.

Refer to Preset Display Modes to set the computer to a setting suitable for the monitor to display.

  • Check if the monitor power cable is properly connected.
    ■ Check if the monitor signal cable is properly connected.
    ■ Check if the computer and graphics card are Plug & Play compatible.
