How do I assemble the monitor stand?

First, place the monitor on a soft surface. Fit the stand to the monitor, then push down the latch to lock it. Attach the base to the stand and tighten the base screw. Secure all connections.

What cables are included in the box?

The package includes an HDMI cable, DisplayPort cable, Y-type audio cable, USB upstream cable, power adapter and power cord. Ensure you connect the USB upstream cable to enable the monitor's USB ports.

How do I enable FreeSync on this monitor?

FreeSync is enabled by default via HDMI. For DisplayPort, you can toggle it ON/OFF in the OSD under Gaming > FreeSync. Ensure your graphics card supports FreeSync and that the connection is using a compatible cable.

How do I adjust the OSD settings?

Press the middle button of the Navi Key to open the OSD menu. Use the directional buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right) to navigate through menus like Gaming, Professional, Image, etc. Press the middle button to confirm selections.

What is the recommended refresh rate for optimal performance?

The monitor supports up to 144Hz. For best results, set your operating system's display settings to 144Hz. Gaming modes and Anti Motion Blur work best with 75Hz or more.

How do I clean the monitor safely?

Turn off the monitor and unplug it. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth (water only) to wipe the screen. Do not use any chemical cleaners or pour liquids directly onto the monitor.

Why is there no image on the screen?

Check that the monitor is powered on (power LED should be lit). Ensure the video cable (HDMI or DP) is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer. Verify the computer is not in standby mode and that the correct input source is selected in the OSD.

How do I mount the monitor on a wall?

Remove the base and stand by unscrewing the base screw and releasing the latch. Remove the pre-installed VESA screws. Attach a VESA-compatible wall mount bracket using 100x100mm pattern with M4 screws (10mm length). Follow the wall mount kit instructions.

What is the Eye Saver mode?

Eye Saver mode reduces blue light emission to protect your eyes. It can be enabled in the Professional menu. When Pro Mode is set to Reader, Eye Saver is mandatory. The screen will appear warmer.

How do I enable Picture-in-Picture (PIP) mode?

PIP mode is available for MPG27CQ and MPG27CQ2 models only. In the OSD under PIP/PBP, select a PIP source (HDMI1, HDMI2, or DP) and adjust size and location. The main screen will display one source with an inset window for another.

The device must be connected to an earthed mains socket-outlet Always disconnect the power cord or switch the wall socket off if the device would be left unused for a certain time to achieve zero energy consumption.

The ventilator on the device is used for air convection and to prevent the device from overheating Do not cover the ventilator

Do not leave the device in an unconditioned environment with a storage temperature above 60^ C or below -20^ C, which may damage the device

NOTE: The maximum operating temperature is around 40^ C

When cleaning the device, be sure to remove the power plug Use a piece of soft cloth rather than industrial chemical to clean the device Never pour any liquid into the opening; that could damage the device or cause electric shock

1 Turn off your computer.
2 Connect the HDMI/DisplayPort cable from the monitor to your computer
3 Assemble the monitor power adapter & power cord (Figure A)
4 Connect the power adapter to the monitor power jack (Figure B)
5 Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet (Figure C)
6 Turn on the monitor (Figure D)
7 Select your Input Source at OSD menu and power on the computer

Wall Mounting (Optional)

1 Release the base screw and detach the base
2 Pull up the latch to unlock the stand
3 Disassemble the stand
4 Remove the pre-installed screws for VESA mount

No image.

■ Check if the computer graphics card is properly installed
■ Check if the computer and monitor are connected to electrical outlets and are turned on
■ Check if the monitor signal cable is properly connected
■ The computer may be in Standby mode Press any key to activate the monitor

The screen image is not properly sized or centered.

Refer to Preset Display Modes to set the computer to a setting suitable for the monitor to display

No Plug & Play.

■ Check if the monitor power cable is properly connected
■ Check if the monitor signal cable is properly connected
■ Check if the computer and graphics card are Plug & Play compatible

The icons, font or screen are fuzzy, blurry or have color problems.

■ Avoid using any video extension cables
■ Adjust brightness and contrast
■ Adjust RGB color or tune color temperature

■ Check for bent pins on the signal cable connector

The monitor starts flickering or shows waves.

■ Change the refresh rate to match the capabilities of your monitor
