⚠ WARNING! Note on the mains disconnection

The main power switch located on the back panel of this device does not fully disconnect the device from the mains, the device still consumes electricity.

Disconnecting the device completely involves removing the power plug from the mains socket. The device should be positioned in such a way that ensures direct and unobstructed access to the mains socket so that the power plug can be immediately pulled out in an emergency situation.

To avoid the risk of fire, if the device is not going to be used for an extended period (e.g. during holidays), it should always be disconnected from the mains socket. If there is the risk of a thunderstorm or lightning, disconnect the device from the power supply.

Note:

All parts have to be unpacked and the packaging material has to be removed completely.

Before use, verify the package contents are complete and undamaged!

Connections

Please make sure the system and the devices are power off before connecting.

  1. Connect the device PC/CD/MP3/MP4 (not included), with the 3.5 mm stereo cable on the rear panel of the subwoofer.

  2. Connect the satellite speakers to the 3.5mm AUX OUTPUT socket on the rear panel of the subwoofer.

  3. Connect the mains plug to the mains socket.

Operation

  1. After all cables are correctly connected turn the VOLUME Control to low volume level.
  2. Turn the ON/OFF button which is at the rear panel of the subwoofer to the ON position.
  3. When the unit is ON, you can turn the MAIN and BASS VOLUME controls to adjust the volume to your desired level.
  4. The sound system is now ready to use.

Storage when not in use

Store the product in a dry location to protect it from dust and direct sunlight.

Cleaning

  • Switch the product off, remove all plugs before cleaning!
  • No acid, chafing or solvent cleaning agents should be used or the product can be damaged.
  • Only clean the outside of the product using a soft, dry cloth!
  • For persistent soiling, a mild cleaning agent can be used.
  • Repair work is also required if the device is not working properly or has been dropped. If smoke is produced, or there are any unusual sounds or smells, turn the product off immediately. In such cases, the product should not be used until it has been inspected by authorised service personnel. Only have the device repaired by qualified personnel. Never open the housing of the product.
  • Only use a clean, dry cloth for cleaning the product and never use any corrosive liquids. Use a slightly moistened cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove stubborn dirt.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems when using this unit, check the following points before requesting service.

  • Make sure all the connections between the speakers and device are correct.
  • Make sure that the mains power supply is switched on.
  • Check that your PC volume level is sufficient.
