What is the maximum operating time for the blender attachment?

Do not use the hand blender for more than 1 minute continuously. For very hard foods, limit operation to 10 seconds.

Can I wash the motor body in water?

No, never immerse the motor main body, scrambler head, or chopper lid in water. Clean these parts with a soft, damp cloth only.

What should I do if the appliance does not start?

Check that the chopper lid is properly closed and locked, the power cord is plugged in, and the start button is pressed. If problem persists, contact Fakir Authorized Service.

Is the Fakir Taffy suitable for chopping coffee beans?

No, do not use the chopping apparatus for coffee beans. It is designed for meat, vegetables, cheese, and dry fruits.

Usage with Blender Apparatus

• Hand blenders are used to prepare foods such as sauce, soup, mayonnaise or baby food.
• Clean the apparatus before the first use.
• Attach the motor to the main body and secure it by turning.
• Place the appliance on top of the food you will chop and operate by pressing the on/off button.
• After use, unplug the appliance and turn it in the opposite direction to remove it from the main body.

The blender blade is very sharp. Be careful when using it. Do not use the appliance without water in the food. Make sure you add water in the food you want to mix

Usage with Chopping Apparatus

• You can use this to chop meat or vegetables, cheese, dry fruits.
• Place the chopper blade in the part that is at the centre of the chopper properly.
• Place the food you want to chop into the chopper bowl.
• Place the chopper's lid on the chamber.
• Place the motor main body of the appliance on the chopper.
• Plug the appliance and operate by pressing the on / off button.

NOTE!

Do not use the apparatus to chop food like coffee beans.

Before chopping meat, make sure that parts such as bones are thoroughly cleaned.

Make sure the cooked food are cold enough before you chop them.

Usage with Beater Apparatus

• Scrambler apparatus is used for scrambling cream, whipped cream, egg white and for the preparation of food such as instant dessert.
• Put the whiskers on the scrambler head, then place it on the motor main body.
• Plug in the appliance. Press the on/off button to turn the appliance on.
• Make sure that the appliance moves comfortably in the mix.
  • After the usage, unplug the appliance.

NOTE!

Do not use the appliance for more than 2 minutes with the scrambler apparatus.

Cleaning and Maintenance of the Appliance

- Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that it is unplugged.

Do not wash the motor main body where the motor parts are located, scrambler head and chamber lid under water. You can clean these 3 parts with a soft, damp cloth. Never contact the motor part with water. You can hand wash the rest of the appliance apparatuses with hot detergent water or with dishwasher. Some foods can change the colour of the container because of their colour. In this case, it is advised to wipe the container with olive oil and then put the container into the dishwasher.

Storage

If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long while, store in a cool and dry place. Ensure that the appliance is unplugged and its parts are completely dry. Ensure that the appliance is kept out of reach of children.
