After unpacking please investigate the oven for damage. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged in any way. Bring it back to the dealership immediately.
Remove all packing material, plastic inserts and films. Heat the empty oven. If the appliance smokes a little bit, this is normal when this ends after a few minutes. Take care that the oven does not begin to burn, for example, because you have forgotten to remove packing material.
How to use
Put the pizza or cake tray onto the grill. Take care that the dough cannot touch the heating element after rising.
If you use the dripping tray as baking tray, put margarine or lard onto the tray and cover with breadcrumbs before adding the dough.
Acidic food (such as rhubarb, tomatoes, fruits) shall not come into contact with the aluminium dripping tray.
You can crisp up pre-fabricated rolls with the grill.
During the baking you can re-set the baking time and temperature as you wish.
