How to fill the water tank?

Unscrew the cap and pour water up to 2/3 of the tank maximum. Do not exceed this level to avoid overflow.

Can I use tap water?

Yes, but to avoid limescale, it is recommended to use demineralized water or descale the appliance regularly.

How to turn on the steam cleaner?

After filling the tank and attaching an accessory, plug in the appliance and press the switch. Wait until steam is ready (about 30 seconds).

What to do if steam does not come out?

Check that the tank has enough water and that the accessory is correctly locked. Wait a few moments for the boiler to heat. If the problem persists, descale the appliance.

How to clean the steam cleaner after use?

Unplug the appliance, empty the tank and let it dry. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. For descaling, pour a mixture of water and white vinegar into the tank and run the steam.

What accessories are included with the EXC SFC 1?

The appliance comes with a hose, nozzle and suction brush. Other accessories can be purchased separately.

Can I use the steam cleaner on clothes?
