How to clean the projector's air filter?

Turn off the projector and unplug it. Remove the air filter located on the side and clean it with a soft vacuum cleaner or rinse with lukewarm water (let it dry completely before reinstalling). Replace it if damaged.

What is the lifespan of the laser light source?

The laser source of the EH330UST can last up to 20,000 hours in Normal mode and 30,000 hours in Eco mode. This corresponds to about 10 to 15 years of regular use.

How to connect an external device like a PC or game console?

Use an HDMI cable to connect your device to one of the projector's two HDMI ports. For a PC, you can also use the VGA or USB-A port (for file playback). Then select the corresponding source via the Input menu.

Can you project directly onto a white wall?

Yes, a smooth white wall works perfectly. However, for better image quality, we recommend a projection screen specially designed for ultra-short throw projectors.

How to adjust the focus and sharpness of the image?

The EH330UST is an ultra-short throw projector with automatic focus. If necessary, you can manually adjust sharpness via the focus ring on the lens or in the Image menu of the settings.

Does the projector support HDR?

Yes, the Optoma EH330UST is compatible with HDR10. To enjoy HDR, make sure to use a compatible source (Blu-ray player, console, etc.) and a high-speed HDMI cable.

What is the minimum distance between the projector and the wall for a 100-inch image?

Thanks to its ultra-short throw, the projector can produce a 100-inch image at just about 25 cm from the wall or screen.

How to use keystone correction?

The automatic vertical keystone correction is enabled by default. If needed, go to the Installation menu > Keystone correction to adjust manually. Avoid excessive correction to prevent quality degradation.

Is the projector 3D compatible?

Yes, the EH330UST supports DLP Link 3D. You will need compatible active 3D glasses (sold separately) and 3D content (Blu-ray, etc.). Enable 3D mode in the Display menu.

How to install the projector on the ceiling?

Use a suitable ceiling mount kit (not included). Ensure the mount is compatible with the mounting points under the projector. Follow the mounting instructions and weight capacity. For a wireless installation, use the backlight and power cable.
