BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Remove all papers, cartons, and foils protecting the appliance and its parts.
  2. Clean the appliance according to the instructions in the CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE chapter.

CONNECTING ACCESSORIES

To attach an accessory, fix it onto the motor part (3) until it clicks. The accessory can only be connected in one position, pay attention to the cutouts.

To disconnect an accessory, simultaneously press the two buttons for releasing the accessory (4) and pull it out.

USING THE APPLIANCE

  1. Blending attachment:
    Attach the blending attachment (4) to the body (3) and snap it. Put the blending attachment into the container with the ingredients prepared for chopping. Start the grinding by pressing the switch.
  2. Whisk (for HBD401 and HBD801):
    Insert the whisk (6a) into the opening in the whisk gear (6b). Attach the whisk attachment (6) to the body (3). Prepare the ingredients for whisking in the container, place the whisk end in the container and start the blender by pressing the switch.
  3. Chopper (for HBD501 and HBD801):
    Place the blade (7b) of the chopper in the bowl (7a). Put the ingredients into the bowl (7a). Cover the bowl (7a) with the bowl lid (7c) and place the body into it (3). Start the blender by pressing the switch.
  4. The puree attachment (for HBD801):
    Attach the puree attachment (10) to the body (3) and snap it. Put the puree attachment into the bowl with ingredients prepared for pureeing. Start the blender by pressing the switch.
  5. Food processor (for HBD801):
    The food processor can be used as a chopper or shredder. To chop the ingredients, place the blades (8b) in the bowl (8a) of the food processor, attach the lid (8g), then connect the body (3). Start the blender by pressing the switch.
    Place the gearbox cylinder (8i) into the bowl (8a) and put a disc (8c) with the selected grater (8d-f) to it. Cover the bowl (8a) with the operation lid (8g). Connect the body (3) to the lid (8g). The ingredients should be inserted through the feeder. Only push the ingredients using the pusher (8h).

ROTATIONAL SPEED CONTROL

Adjusting the motor power and rotational speed only works when the first switch is pressed. When the second switch is used, the blender runs at maximum power.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The body with the motor should be wiped with a slightly moist cloth. Do not immerse in water. Wash the accessories in water with a dishwashing liquid. Rinse thoroughly.
