How do I charge the robot vacuum for the first time?

Before first use, remove the insulation foil from the battery and install it correctly. Then plug the power supply into the vacuum and into a wall outlet. The blue LED will blink. Charge fully for 4-5 hours until the LED is solid blue.

How to start cleaning?

Press the on/off button on the top. The robot will start moving and cleaning, automatically switching between random, spiral, and along-the-wall modes. It will stop when the battery is low or if it gets stuck.

What does the red LED on the power button mean?

The red LED indicates low battery. When it lights up, the robot will soon stop. Charge the device by connecting the power supply.

Can I use this vacuum on wet carpets?

No. This vacuum is designed for dry surfaces only. Do not use on damp or wet carpets or floors to avoid damage.

How to empty and clean the dust container?

Open the top cover, pull out the container, remove the cover and internal filter. Empty the container. You can rinse it under running water (not dishwasher). Clean the filter with a soft brush.

Is it safe to use near stairs?

Yes, the vacuum is equipped with surface-edge sensors (anti-fall) to prevent it from falling down stairs. However, always supervise the first use to ensure proper detection.

What accessories are available for this model?

The set of brushes and filters is available under reference Blaupunkt ACC043. Always use original or manufacturer-recommended accessories.

How do I install the side brushes?

Each brush is marked L or R. Press the correct brush into the corresponding slot (L or R) on the bottom of the robot until it clicks.

What should I do if the robot stops moving?

Check if the battery is low (red LED). If not, inspect for obstructions around the wheels, brushes, or suction opening. Also ensure the dust container is not full and filters are clean.

How to dispose of the device and batteries?

Do not throw in household waste. Follow local regulations for WEEE (electrical and electronic equipment) and battery disposal (EU Directive 2006/66/EC). Return to dedicated collection points.

BEFORE THE IRST USE

1. Remove all papers, cartons and foils protecting the vacuum and its parts.
2. Remove the insulation foil from between the battery and the contacts. Make sure the battery is inserted correctly according to its polarity.
3. Install the collector brushes. Press the brush marked with L or R into the appropriate spot marked with L or R.
4. Set the device in the middle of a larger area, and run the cleaning programme until the battery is discharged. Charge the device battery according to the instructions.

CHARGING THE DEVICE

1. Make sure that the device battery is correctly installed in the device before charging it.
2. Plug the power-supply plug into the vacuum cleaner, then plug the power supply into an electrical socket. The blue LED on the power button will blink.
3. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will be lit continuously. Charging the battery takes approximately 4-5 hours.
4. It is recommended to fully charge the battery without interruptions. This will extend the battery life.

DEVICE START-UP

Prepare the surface of the room to be cleaned. Remove sensitive objects, cables, sheets of paper. Raise backdrops, curtains, and drapes hanging to the ground. Cover delicate furniture.

Press the on/off button to start the robot vacuum cleaner. The robot will start to move and clean, periodically changing modes.

The robot will run until the battery is discharged or until it is blocked by objects lying on the floor, doorsteps, or turned off by means of the on/off switch.

The robot will inform you that the battery is low by lighting up the red control LED on the on/off switch.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Emptying and cleaning the dust container.
   Open the top cover by lifting it up. Pull out the container. Remove the cover and the internal filter. Empty the container.
   The container may be cleaned under running water (do not wash in a dishwasher or washing machine). Clean the filter with a soft brush.

1. Cleaning the device body.

Clean the device with a damp cloth, and then wipe it dry. Do not immerse the device in water.

Regularly remove any dirt which might block the air-intake opening and sweeping brushes.
