2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
• Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact the Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.
• Do not remove the serial number of the appliance in order to keep a correct traceability of it in case of assistance.

3. OPERATION

Operation

1. Before plugging the appliance into a mains socket, ensure that your local power supply matches the specifications shown on the rating label.
2. Carefully remove the heater from the plastic bag and cardboard box.
3. Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
4. Your heater is equipped with a 4-position knob switch.

5. Set the power knob to maximum to heat a room quickly. Once the room reaches a comfortable temperature, select a lower setting to reduce power consumption and prevent the room from becoming too warm.

1. Adjust the temperature level according to your preference.
2. Before switching off the appliance, let it run in fan mode for 5-10 seconds for optimal performance.

Overheating protection

This heater is fitted with an overheating protection system that automatically switches off the appliance in case of overheating. For instance, if the ventilation grilles become partially or fully blocked, the appliance will shut down automatically. In this case, unplug the appliance, wait approximately 30 minutes for it to cool down, and remove any objects obstructing the ventilation grilles. Then, switch it back on as previously described. The appliance should now operate normally. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations, disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply.
• For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cloths or implements that might affect the appliance's surface.
• Ensure that the hot air outlet and ventilation inlet are free from dust and dirt.
• During cleaning, be careful not to touch the heating elements.
• Clean the filter located at the rear of the appliance. To do this, press the top of the plastic grille at the back.

• In case of malfunction and/or operational failure, disconnect the appliance from the mains and contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service.

• Regular cleaning is recommended (for example, once a month during use) to maintain optimal performance and extend the appliance's service life.

• Do not use solvents, alcohol, ammonia, or other harsh chemical products, as these may damage the appliance's surfaces.
• If the appliance will not be used for an extended period, clean it, store it in its original packaging or similar, and keep it in a dry, safe place out of the reach of children.
