UNPACKING THE DEVICE 1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the device. 2. Remove the insulating tab from under the batteries (if installed) or insert the batteries, observing the polarities (+ and -) indicated inside the battery compartment. 3. Close the battery compartment. 4. Select the weight calculation mode (kg, st or lb) using the "unit" button on the back of the device. (If there is a button) 5. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface.

HOW TO USE THE Hi-Anna PERSONAL SCALE

1. Install the Fitdays app
2. Search for "Fittdays" in the Apple Store or Google Play or scan the QR Code below.
3. Download and install the app on your device.
4. The app icon will appear on your phone or tablet once installation is complete.

1. Create your account by signing up with an email address or social media account.
2. Enter your required personal details, then click Confirm.

Note: It is essential to enter accurate information, such as gender, age, height and other relevant details. Incorrect information may result in inaccurate measurements.

1. Pair the scale via Bluetooth.

2. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.

3. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
4. Open the application click on [Account] click on [Device] [+ Add a device]
   ->[Body Fat Scale] -> [Bluetooth connection]*press lightly on the scale to light up the screen.
5. The Bluetooth ID of the scale is: Hi-Anna.
6. Click on the "Connect" button to connect. After connecting, click on "Go to measurement" on the device details page to take a measurement in real time.

Note: Once the connection is successful, a Bluetooth icon will appear on the scale. In addition, on the home page of the application, the word "Connected" will appear in the circle, confirming that the connection has been established.

1. Activate the display of the scale by tapping it lightly with your foot. Wait until the screen displays "0.0" kg. Stay on the home page of the FitDays application.

Notes:

• To ensure the synchronization of data, do not leave the home page of the application.

• If you are wearing socks, the scales will only measure your weight and BMI. For a complete analysis of your body parameters, it is essential to step on the scales barefoot.

• Start with weighing.

• Step on the scale barefoot, without shoes or socks. Make sure that the soles of your feet cover the two upper electrodes and that your heels cover the two lower electrodes.

• Take the handle in your hand, respecting the distinction between left (L) and right (R) and making sure to cover the four electrodes - two at the front and two at the back - with your fingers.
• Keep your arms straight and at a 30^ - 45^ angle to your body.

• Stand straight on the scale and maintain the measuring position for about 30 seconds.

• View your detailed analysis report, including your weight, BMI, body fat rating (BFR), muscle mass, bone mass, and much more. Scroll down the screen to see all the details.

• In the Trends section, follow the evolution of your measurements with a graph.

Add and change users:

Press icon, or go to Me User Management, then add personal data. The smart scale recognizes the user who steps on it and reminds them to switch to the right profile if necessary.

Note:

• To ensure successful data synchronization, please avoid leaving the application home page on your phone. Leaving the home page may prevent data synchronization with your phone.
• When using for the first time, it is necessary to connect the scale to the application to access all features and measurements. Without connection to the application, the scale will only measure weight.
• It is crucial to avoid mixing online and offline mode during measurement. To avoid any loss of data, it is recommended to perform the entire measurement in offline mode or in online mode, without alternating between the two.
• When using the scale with multiple users, it is important to select the correct user profile in the app. If a significant difference is detected from the last measurement recorded on the current profile, the scale may only show weight and BMI. To ensure accurate and personalized measurements, be sure to select the right profile before using the scale.

Special feature 1: Offline use

This model is equipped with a color LCD screen and offers offline functionality. During first use, it is essential to set up the scale and connect it to the app to analyze body fat and other body parameters. However, after this initial setup, you will be able to easily measure your body fat, BMI and body type without having to connect to the app every time. The LCD screen of the scale allows you to display these measurements. It is important to note that offline measurement will not be activated if a weight difference of more than 2kg is detected compared to the last measurement. In offline mode, all successful measurements will be automatically synchronized with your application the next time the scale connects to the application. This ensures a smooth update of your data, accessible for further analysis and follow-up.

Special feature 2: Voice assistant

During the measurement process, the scale incorporates a voice guide that provides step-by-step instructions. This handy feature helps users throughout the measurement procedure. If you don't need it, the voice function can be easily disabled via the settings of the associated application.

If you weigh yourself twice and get two different readings, your weight will be between the two. • Clean the device with a damp cloth. Do not use chemical detergents. • Avoid putting the device in contact with water; this could damage the electronic components. • Take care of the device - it is a precision instrument.
