This device has a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, the distributor will assume responsibility for any defects that can be shown to be the result of material, construction or manufacturing errors. Such defects will be remedied by repair or replacement of the device. The 2-year warranty period will be suspended during the repair period and will continue after the repair has taken place for the remaining duration of the warranty period. The warranty will be honoured if proof of purchase clearly showing the date of purchase is provided. If your device becomes defective within the 2-year warranty period, please return it with your proof of purchase to the store you purchased it from or follow the procedure of the relevant webshop if you bought it online.

The warranty does not cover damage to the device, accessories or parts caused by:

• normal wear and tear from use;
• non-compliance with the instructions for use, maintenance and cleaning in the manual;
- incorrect connection, e.g. electrical voltage too high;
- incorrect, heavy-handed or abnormal use;
• repairs or alterations carried out by the consumer or unauthorised third parties;
- use of parts or accessories not recommended nor supplied by the distributor.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be taken, including the following. Any injury or damage caused by failure to comply with these rules are at your own risk. Neither the manufacturer, importer, or the supplier may be held liable.

• Read all instructions carefully.
• Make sure all packaging materials and promotional stickers have been removed before using the appliance for the first time. Make sure children cannot play with the packaging materials.

• This appliance is only suitable for use in domestic and similar environments, such as:

• staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;

• farm houses;
• by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
  • bed and breakfast type environments.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- This appliance can be used by children aged from 16 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.

- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 16 or supervised.

- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children younger than 16 years.

- All repairs should be carried out by the manufacturer or its aftersales service.

▲ELECTRICAL WARNINGS

- In order to avoid a hazard this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer or a

separate remote control, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

- The appliance must be disconnected from its power source when not in use, during service and when replacing parts. If present, first turn all the buttons to the 'off' position, then pull the plug out of the socket by grasping the plug itself. Never pull the cord or appliance to remove the plug from the socket.

- Before use, check carefully that the electric tension and frequency of the power net at your home match the indications on the rating label of the appliance.

- The appliance must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed in accordance with local installation regulations.

- Do not let the power supply cord hang over the edge of a counter, or touch hot surfaces.

- Keep the power cord away from hot parts and don't cover the appliance.

- Unwrap the cord completely to prevent overheating of the cord. Do not allow the power cord supply to run underneath or around the unit.

- For safety reasons, never use the appliance if the cord, plug, or appliance itself is damaged, or after a malfunction of the appliance. Return the appliance to the DOMO Service Department or its service agent for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment. Do not try to repair the appliance yourself.

⚠️INSTALLATION

- Do not place near flammable materials, gases or explosives.

- Do not use or store this appliance outdoors.

• Always use the appliance on a steady, dry and level surface.

- Never place this appliance near a gas stove or electrical stove or in a place where it may come into contact with a warm appliance.

⚠ USE

- Do not use this appliance for other than intended use.

- Never leave the appliance unattended while it is functioning.

- Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.

- The use of accessories that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer can cause fire, electrical shock or injuries. Only use the utensils delivered with the appliance.

⚠ CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- To protect against electrical shock or burns, do not immerse unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.

- Failure to maintain this appliance in a clean condition could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.

⚠PRODUCTSPECIFIC WARNINGS

• Do not insert any objects in the openings of the device.
• Do not use the device if any of the openings are blocked. If the suction opening, flexible hose or air inlet are blocked by any object, turn off the device immediately. Remove the blockage first before turning on the device again.
• Ensure that hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other body parts are kept away from the openings and moving parts of the device.
• Do not use the device to remove flammable or explosive substances, e.g. fuel. Do not use the device in an area where such substances are present.
• Do not vacuum up anything hot or smoking, e.g. cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.
• Do not use the device on surfaces with electrical wiring.
• Never use the device without the filter. This may damage the motor and significantly shorten its life.
• Remove all sharp or large objects before you start vacuuming to avoid damaging the device.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

1. Remove all packaging materials and any promotional stickers.
2. Attach the clamp for storing the hose to the device.
3. Remove the clean water tank from the device and take off the lid.

4. Fill the tank with clean cold or lukewarm water (<40 °C). Never use hot water. Carefully close the tank with the lid.
   ⚠️Never exceed the MAX indication on the water tank.

5. Place the filled water tank back onto the appliance.

6. Attach the desired accessory to the hose:

a. Suction nozzle with brush: for stubborn stains
b. Transparent suction nozzle: for superficial stains

1. The device is now ready for use.

Do not shake the filled clean water tank when placing it on the device to avoid spillage.

USE

⚠️Do not add detergent to the clean water tank.

⚠️ Never use the device on fabrics or surfaces that are not water-resistant. If you are unsure whether the object is water-resistant, perform a cleaning test on a small area to avoid causing any damage.

△ Always place the object to be cleaned on a water-resistant surface.

Do not use the device to clean any seats with seat heating or electrical wiring.

1. Insert the mains plug into the power socket.

2. Turn on the device by pressing the power button.

3. Press and hold the spray button on the handle to moisten the surface to be cleaned. The longer you press the button, the wetter the surface becomes.

4. After moistening the surface, slowly move the suction nozzle over the moistened surface. While doing so, apply pressure on the suction nozzle for optimum suction of unclean water. Repeat several times until the stain is removed.

⚠ For stubborn stains, you can use the suction nozzle fitted with a brush. First, brush over the moistened stain to loosen the dirt. Then slowly move the suction nozzle over the stain. While doing so, apply pressure on the suction nozzle for optimum suction of unclean water. Repeat several times until the stain is removed.

It is normal that not all the moisture will be removed from the surface. The surface will still be damp. So you should ensure that the cleaned surface is allowed to dry completely to avoid the formation of mould.

1. Stop using the device immediately when the liquid level (including any foam) threatens to exceed the MAX indication on the dirty water tank. Remove the dirty water tank. Take off the lid and carefully empty the tank. Rinse the dirty water tank with clean water and place it back into the device before resuming cleaning.

2. After use, switch off the device and unplug it. Then clean the device according to the instructions in the "Cleaning and maintenance" section.

TIP

For stubborn stains, you can use a detergent first:

1. Rub some detergent on the stain with a brush or sponge and allow it to soak in for a while.

2. Afterwards, moisten the stain with the spray function and then vacuum up the water and detergent. Do not leave behind any traces of detergent on the surface.

Do not add detergent to the clean water tank but directly on the stain.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CLEANING THE WATER TANKS

1. Remove the clean water tank. Take off the lid and empty the tank. Place the empty tank back into the device.
2. Turn on the device and press the spray button to remove any remaining water from the hose.
3. Remove the dirty water tank. Take off the lid and carefully empty the tank.
4. Remove the clean water tank again and take off the lid.
5. Take out the sealing ring from each lid and thoroughly clean the rings, lids and tanks with clean water. If necessary, use a mild detergent. Rinse well and dry carefully.

6. Turn the device upside down (without the tanks) over the sink to remove any remaining water inside.

7. Only reassemble the sealing rings, lids and tanks once all parts are completely dry.

CLEANING THE ACCESSORIES

1. Remove the accessory from the hose by pressing the button above the accessory. Remove the transparent section of the suction nozzle fitted with a brush.

2. Clean the accessories with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.

3. Once cleaned, reattach the transparent section to the suction nozzle and snap it into position.

4. Allow the components to air dry before storing them away.

CLEANING THE FILTER

There is a filter in the compartment of the dirty water tank. You can remove this filter and clean it under running water.

If the filter is damaged, it must be replaced.

⚠️Remove the remaining clean water from the tank after each use.
Do not immerse unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.
⚠️Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

PROBLEMS SOLUTIONS
The device does not turn on. • Check	that the device is connected to a working power socket (as described on the identification plate at the bottom of the device).• Check to see if any fuse is switched off in the fuse box.
The device does not work. • Check	whether the dirty water tank is too full (above the MAX indication). If so, empty the dirty water tank first.
No water comes out of the nozzle. •	Make sure there is enough water in the clean water tank. Fill it up to the maximum level as indicated.• Check that the suction nozzle is properly clicked into place.• Make sure the spray opening is completely clear. Clean the opening with the fine cleaning brush if necessary.
The device is leaking. • Make sure the	clean water tank, the dirty water tank and their lids are properly positioned.
