CAREFULLY READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT AND KEEP THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Use

• This massage cushion is designed for household and indoor use only. Any other use (medical, professional, commercial, etc.) is excluded.
• Never use the device for any function other than that for which it is intended.
• This device can be used by children at least 8 years of age and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity or lack of experience or knowledge, as long as they are properly supervised or instructions for the safe use of the device have been given to them and the risks involved have been understood. Children must not play with the device. Children must be supervised if they are cleaning or maintaining the device.
• Keep the device and its cord out of reach of children when the cushion is in operation and when it is cooling down after use.
  • Make sure children do not play with this product.

• Do not leave the cushion unattended when plugged in.

• Never use accessories that are not recommended, specifically any accessory not supplied with your device.

• People with health problems, pregnant women and people with a pacemaker are advised to seek advice from their doctor before using this device.
• This product is not recommended for people with diabetes.
• The cushion features a hot surface. People who are insensitive to heat should be very careful when using the device. This warning also applies to people suffering from hypersensitivity or sensory impairment.
• Do not use this cushion with a child, a disabled, sleeping or unconscious person, or anyone suffering from poor blood circulation.
• The cushion should only be used with the mains adapter supplied with the product.
• The cushion must be powered only at the very low safety voltage corresponding to the marking on the device.
• Do not exceed the recommended duration of use, namely a duration of 15 minutes.
  · Prolonged use can cause the cushion to overheat and shorten its life span. If it does overheat, stop

using it immediately and allow it to cool before using it again.

• In case of discomfort while using the product, stop the session and consult your doctor.
• Do not use the cushion on any part of the body that is swollen, burned or inflamed, on or near a rash or ulcerated wound, or on any area with recent scarring without the prior consent of your doctor.
• Do not place the cushion under your stomach. It must only be used on the back, at the nape of the neck or in the lumbar region.
• The cushion is intended for non-professional use in order to treat muscle tension.
• The cushion is not intended to replace a medical check-up.
• Do not use the cushion before sleeping: massage has a stimulating effect, and could delay falling asleep.

Precautions related to risk of electric shock, fire and burns

- Always unplug the mains adapter from the power socket when you are not using the cushion, as well as for cleaning.

• Check that the power supply voltage indicated on the rating plate of the power adapter corresponds to the voltage of your electricity system.
• Never try to recover a plugged-in electrical device that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately and have it checked by your retailer's after-sales service before trying to plug it back in.
• Never use the cushion in a bath or shower.
• Never store the cushion near a water source, sink or bathtub.
• Do not immerse the cushion in water or any other liquid.
• Do not stick pins or metal objects into the cushion.
• Never use the cushion in the rain or in a damp environment.
• Do not use the cushion outdoors.
• Never use the cushion if the electrical wiring is exposed or damaged.
• Make sure that the power cord cannot be crushed or trapped, especially around the power unit, electrical sockets, or the point at which it connects to the device.
• Be sure to keep the cushion and the mains adapter away from hot surfaces.

• Do not use this product:
- if the power cord or power unit is damaged,
- if the cushion is not working properly,
if you have dropped it,
if it is damaged or
- if it has fallen into water.
Take it to an after-sales service centre for inspection and repair. Repairs cannot be carried out by the user.
- The external fl exible cord of the mains adapter cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the mains adapter should be discarded.
- Avoid using in bed.
- Do not use the cushion under a blanket or pillow. This could cause overheating and result in fire, electric shock, or other.
- Do not use the cushion in a room where aerosols or oxygen sources are used.
- Always unplug the cushion at the plug, never pull on the cable.
- Always unplug the cushion from the socket after use and before cleaning.
- The battery cannot be replaced by the user, please contact the after-sales service if it needs to be replaced.

Proper disposal of the battery

The built-in rechargeable battery contains substances that can harm the environment.
- Before permanently disposing of this product, the rechargeable battery must be removed.
- The product must be disconnected from the mains supply when the battery is removed.
- The battery must be disposed of safely.
- Do not dispose of the battery or the device with household waste. To protect the environment, dispose of the device and the battery in accordance with the regulations in force.
- Put them in the collection bins provided for this purpose or take them back to your store.
- Never disassemble, crush, or pierce the battery.
Do not throw it in a fire.
- Do not expose it to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Do not incinerate it.

set-up

1. Put the removable cover onto the cushion.
2. Attach the massage cushion to a chair, armchair or sofa using the built-in strap so that it does not slip during the massage.

use

This massage cushion is the perfect solution for:

• relaxing the muscles and relieving tension in the neck, back and shoulders,
- bringing a sense of deep relaxation for an anti-stress effect.
The removable protective cover allows you to reduce the intensity of the massage.

1. Once you have set up your massage cushion, press the switch ⏻ (on/off) on the remote control. The corresponding red indicator light will come on.
2. Select the desired massage mode using the remote control:
3. Clockwise
4. Anticlockwise
5. Soothing heat function

To stop the massage, press the selected button again. The indicator light will go out and the massage heads stop their rotation. To resume the massage, press the key of your choice again. You can combine the soothing heat function with the massage in either direction.

1. To turn off the cushion, press the switch (on/off). The red indicator light will go out and the massage heads come to a stop. Note that the cushion will turn off automatically every 15 minutes. To prevent overheating, allow the cushion to cool before turning it back on.

You can use the massage cushion by plugging it into an electrical socket or using its integrated battery so you can take it with you wherever you go.

Charging the battery

1. Connect the plug on the mains adapter to the cushion's charging cable (black), then plug the mains adapter into a wall socket.

2. An indicator light will appear on the power unit when the device is charging. It turns green when the battery is fully charged.

3. Charging time: 1 hour 30 minutes

4. Battery life: about 2 hours 30 minutes (depending on the intensity of the massage)
5. Unplug the mains adapter from the wall socket when the device is fully charged.

Using on mains power

1. Connect the plug on the mains adapter to the cushion's charging cable (black), then plug the mains adapter into a wall socket.

maintenance and storage

IMPORTANT! Before cleaning or maintaining the cushion in any way, make sure you unplug it and allow it to cool.

Never immerse the cushion in water or any other liquid.

Maintenance

• You can clean the cover of the massage cushion and the removable protective cover with a soft, slightly damp sponge. Do not remove the cushion cover for cleaning. The protective cover is hand or machine washable at 40°C.
• You can use a mild detergent (such as washing up liquid) for cleaning if necessary, but never use abrasive detergents.

Storage

• Store the cushion and its mains adapter in the original box and keep it in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid bringing sharp or pointed objects into contact with the cushion. These could rip or puncture the surface of the cover.
• Never wrap the power cable around the mains adapter: this could damage it.
