Inductioncooking

Inductioncookingisfast
Tostartwith, you will besurprised by the speed of induction cooking. Especially athighersettings, foodsandliquidswillcometoaboilvery rapidly. It is bestnottoleavepansunattendedtoavoidthemboiling overorboilingdry. With induction cooking, there is no heat loss, and the handlestaycool.

Howinductionworks

Thecoil(1)inthehob(2)generatesamagneticfield(3).Byplacinga panwithanironbase(4)onthecoil,acurrentisinducedinthebase ofthepan.
Easy
The electronic controls are accurate and easy to set. On the lowest setting, you can melt chocolate directly in the pan, for example, or cooking ingredients that you would normally heat in aubain-Marie.
Fast
Thanks to the induction hob's high power levels, bringing food to the boil is very quick. Cooking food takes just as long as those types of cooking.
Clean
Thehobiseasytoclean.Because the cooking zones donotgetanyhotterthanhepansthemelves, foodspills cannot burn into the glass.
Safe
Theheatisgeneratedinthepanitself.Theglasstopdoesnotgetanyhottherthanhepan.Thismeans that the cooking zone is considerably cooler than aceramicchob, forexample.
Onceapanhasbeenremoved, the cookingzonecoolsdownquickly.
Capacitydistributionofcookingzones
Depending on the hob model, the cooking zones can affect each other. Whenever cooking zones are switched simultaneously, the available capacity is shared automatically between them.
