SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.

In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

2. Children shall not play with the appliance.

3. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

4. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

5. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

6. CAUTION — some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
8. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
9. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
10. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
11. This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak; when scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.

1. Means "DO NOT COVER".
2. Do not use this heater if it has been dropped.
3. Do not use if there are visible signs of damage to the heater.
4. Use this heater on a horizontal and stable surface.
5. WARNING: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
6. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1 m from the air outlet.

7. Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.

8. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.

9. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
10. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
11. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do not pull the power cord.
12. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove the plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it to an authorized service center for repair.
13. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
14. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.
15. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
16. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
17. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
18. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
19. The oil heater may only be used in the upright position.
20. The unit must be positioned away from flammable or easily deformable objects during use.
21. Place the oil heater on the floor at least 100 cm away from the wall and any other objects, such as furniture, curtains or plants.
22. The surface temperature of the appliance is high; do not touch it, only at the handle.
23. This heating device is not suitable for assembling in vehicles and machines.
24. Regarding the information for the assembly of base support, please refer to the below paragraph of the manual.

WHEELS ASSEMBLY

1. Assemble the four wheels to the two base shelves.
2. Turn the heater upside down.
3. Position the wheel base assemblies between the end fins.
4. Traverse the clips through the appliance body and base shelves.
5. Tighten the screws.

USING THE APPLIANCE

• Set the thermostat to the position "0" and insert the plug to the power supply.
• Turn the thermostat knob in a clockwise direction to the max position "6".
• Turn on the power switch according to the setting below. When the power switch is turned on, the indicator light on the power switch will turn on.
  a) Low setting: press switch I
  b) Medium setting: press switch II
  c) High setting: press both switch I and switch II.
• Once the room temperature has reached the desired level, turn the thermostat knob slowly in anti-clockwise direction until the indicator light turns off; this is the setting temperature.
• The appliance will automatically maintain the setting temperature. It will switch on when the room temperature is below the setting and switch off if it is above the setting.
• If you want to change the room temperature setting, rotate the thermostat knob clockwise to raise the temperature or anti-clockwise to lower the temperature.

NOTE:

• The room must be in a good tight condition; if not, the heating results will be insufficient.
- After use, turn all the power switches and thermostat knob to the position "0", and unplug the appliance from the power supply.

SAFETY SYSTEM:

• The appliance has a safety system which automatically switches the unit off when overheated.
• This heater is equipped with a tilt protection safety device. It has tilt protection safety functions and

automatically switches off the power. For safety reasons, the unit will automatically switch off the power if it is put on unstable or uneven surfaces or if it is tilted accidentally.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

• The oil heater should be cleaned regularly; wipe the dust off the surface of the fins. This improves radiation.
  • Unplug the appliance from the power supply and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
• Wipe the appliance with a soft damp cloth. Do not use detergent or abrasives.
• Do not scratch the fin surfaces with sharp tools. Damages of the coat layer result in rusty spots.

STORAGE

• Ensure that the oil heater is cooled off completely.
• Roll up the power cord in the cord storage when the heater is not in use.
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.

Warning

If you have a problem with your heater, please do not attempt to repair it yourself. Doing so may cause damage or personal injury.

Before delivery our devices are subjected to rigorous quality control. If, despite all care, damage has occurred during production or transportation, please return the device to your dealer.

For the purchased device we provide 2 years guarantee, commencing from the day of sale. If you have a defective product, you can directly go back to the point of purchase.

Defects which arise due to improper handling of the device and malfunctions due to interventions and repairs by third parties or the fitting of non-original parts are not covered by this guarantee. Always keep your receipt, without the receipt you can't claim any form of warranty. Damage caused by not following the instruction manual, will lead to a void of warranty, if this results in consequential damages then we will not be liable.

Neither can we hold responsible for material damage or personal injury caused by improper use if the instruction manual is not properly executed. Damage to accessories does not mean free replacement of the whole appliance. In such case please contact our service department. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts is always subject to a charge. Defects to consumables or parts subjected to wearing, as well as cleaning, maintenance, replacement of said parts or shipping and transportation costs to and from any place of repair are not covered by the warranty and are to be paid.
