HOW TO PUT ON THE BELT CORRECTLY

1. Attach one end of the strap to the elastic strap.
2. Adjust the elastic strap to a length appropriate to you. The belt should be adjusted so that it remains in place during the workout.
3. Moisten the two electrode areas (see figure 3).
4. Put the strap around the chest. The transmitter should be under the chest. Make sure that the electrodes are pressed firmly against your skin. Make sure the CE logo is on the back of the strap, on the left side (see Figure 4).
5. Finally, attach the other end to the elastic strap.

HOW TO CHANGE THE BATTERY

1. Open the battery cover with a coin by turning it counterclockwise.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Insert the new battery (type: CR2032). The positive (+) side should point upwards. Replace the cover.
4. Close the battery cover with a coin by turning it clockwise to CLOSE.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Store the band in a cool and dry place to extend the battery life of the heart rate monitor.
• Wash the belt by hand after each use.
• Do not twist the belt.
