Important Save guard

Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.

Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Mark sure the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.

Mark sure the appliance is set on a flat surface.

Unplug the appliance when not in use.

Only use this slicer for cooking applications. Only cut articles such as cheese, meat, bread and preparations. Never cut frozen food with this slicer.

Never cut food only by using your hands, always use the slide and its food guide unless it is impossible because of the size of the article. Make sure never to touch the knife!

This kind of appliance cannot function continuously, it is not a professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops.

The blade of the appliance is extremely sharp, always be careful when cleaning the appliance

It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact with food.

Never touch the blade when the appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the movement of the blade in any way whatsoever.

This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its core out of reach of children.

Switch off the appliance and disconnect from power supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

This appliance may be operated under both 50Hz and 60Hz without any adjustment.

Clean all parts that come into contact with food before using the appliance before the first time(or after prolonged storage)
USE
- Place the appliance on a flat and dry surface. The person using the appliance should operate the buttons with the left hand and the food pusher with the right hand. Plug the appliance into the mains.
- Unfold the platform(9).Place the piece holder(7) on the sliding table(6).Insert the sliding table (6) in the platform(9).
- Move the sliding table(6) back and forth a few times to ensure proper movement.
- Select the required slice thickness from 0-15mm. Turn the dial(10) clockwise for thicker slices or counterclockwise for thinner slices.
- Place the food to be sliced on the sliding table, and press it lightly against the thickness guide(5) using the piece holder.

Press and hold the Safety button(2), and press the On/Off button(3). The blade starts rotating.

Move the sliding table back and forth to slice the food. Always keep your left hand's fingers to the left of the piece holder.
- When finished, release the on/off button and then the safety button
TIP
- To slice meats wafer thin, chill thoroughly for 2-4 hours in freezer before slicing.
- When slicing warm boneless roasts, remove from oven and let set 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
- Cold cuts keep longer and retain flavor if sliced as needed.
- Foods with an uneven texture-like fish and thin steaks- are often difficult to slice. Partially freeze before slicing.
- The appliance can also slice e.g. carrots or potatoes in thin slices for chips.
CLEANING
- Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a paper towel or a soft cloth. It should not be washed in a dishwasher.
- Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will damage the finish.
- Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
- The blade can be taken off by turning the blade-locking knob. Caution: the blade is very sharp. After having cleaned the blade, turn the knob anti-clockwise to lock the blade.
- Dry all parts well before storage.
WARNING
- Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative
- This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage timer (KB/MAX. 3 minutes where 3 is maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 3 minutes.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- For each off mode, standby mode (or another condition which does not exceed the applicable power consumption requirements for off mod or standby mode) and networked standby into which the equipment is switched by the power management function or similar function:

The components are quality products. They were designed taking into consideration the latest technical knowledge, and carefully constructed using a standard, good quality material.
The warranty period is 24 months from the time of handover, which must be confirmed through a sales receipt, invoice or delivery note. Within the warranty period, any functional defects in the components will be fixed by our customer service team if these can be shown to be the result of a material defect that has arisen despite prudent handling in accordance with our operating instructions.
The warranty will include repairing defective parts or providing properly functioning replacements free of charge and at our discretion. Any parts that are replaced will become our property. The repair or replacement of individual parts does not result in an extension to the warranty period, nor is there a new warranty period for the specific components affected. There is no separate warranty period for built-in spare parts. We offer no warranty for damage or defects affecting components or their parts if these are caused by excessive use, or incorrect handling or maintenance. The same applies for failure to follow the operating instructions and for the installation of spare parts or accessories not listed in our range. Warranty claims shall be void in the event of interference or modifications to components by unauthorised individuals.
The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to natural wear and tear. In the event of a warranty claim, fault, need for a spare part or accessory, please contact the customer support centre specified here:
