What is the difference between models FS10285 and FS10286?

The FS10286 model comes with a handheld shower head (6 inches) while the FS10285 does not (null arm). Both models include a 16-inch rain shower head, a jet strip, and a back jet.

Is the thermostatic valve compatible with all water heaters?

Yes, the valve works with all standard hot water systems. It maintains constant temperature even with pressure fluctuations. Ensure hot and cold water inlets are properly connected.

What tools are needed for installation?

Included tools are an Allen key, Teflon tape, screws, wall plugs, and a spirit level. Also have an adjustable wrench, screwdriver, and possibly a drill.

How to clean limescale-clogged nozzles?

Disassemble the shower heads and soak them in white vinegar for 2 hours. Gently rub the rubber nozzles with your fingers to loosen limescale. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Is the product guaranteed?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage due to incorrect installation, improper maintenance, or abusive use. Keep the proof of purchase.

Can this shower be installed without a fixed bracket?

Yes, two installation methods are described in the manual: with or without a fixed bracket. The fixed bracket is provided as an option to reinforce mounting on uneven walls.

What is the minimum recommended water pressure?

The minimum recommended pressure is 2 bars (30 PSI) for optimal performance of the jets and thermostatic valve.

How to adjust the water temperature?

Turn the handle of the thermostatic valve to set the temperature. A safety button limits the temperature to 38°C to prevent burns. You can unlock it for hotter water.

Can I buy spare parts separately?

Yes, spare parts (shower heads, hoses, gaskets, thermostatic cartridge) are available from the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Contact Vevor customer service.

The shower makes a vibration noise during use. What to do?

Check that all connections are tight. A misaligned gasket or too high pressure can cause vibrations. Install a pressure regulator if necessary.

Installation precautions.

1. Before installing the spool, clean the dirty water, residue, sand, and impurities remaining in the pipe before installing the spool. Do not open the protective cover before installing the spool to avoid impurities
2. Faucets and hot and cold water pipes must be installed correctly. Facing the faucet, connect hot water on the left and cold water on the right
3. Check the installation size. Do not forcibly install the product to avoid damagir the parts. How to Clean a shower head: In order to maintain the external brightness and good performance of the shower, please care for the shower in the following ways:

a. Rinse with water only and dry with a soft cotton cloth.
b. Place the shower head in a pot and fill the pot with enough white vinegar to cover the shower head. The acid in the vinegar helps dissolve the deposits on the white mineral nozzle. Let the shower head soak in vinegar for 30 minutes. The dirtier the shower head, the longer you'll need to soak it in vinegar.
c. Mild liquid and colorless glass cleaner can be used to remove surface dirt and dirt film, not abrasive polish agent 4. Do not use acid detergent, insoluble granular detergent, soap, etc.

1. Remove the protective cover when the finished wall is completed and install the escutcheon (B) to the valve (A) and press it against the finish wall. Then, install the handle (C), tighten set screws (E) with Allen key (F) and put on the indication buttons (G).

1. Turn the water on for 1 minute to flush any debris. Apply Teflon tape to the threaded tail pipe and install the shower hose (I) into the outlet o wall. Then connect the top shower (P) to the spout.

5. Apply Teflon tape (H) to the thread end, the fix the cover plate (d) onto the wall supply holder (K) and screw the supply holder (K) into the hand shower outlet.and screw (E) with Allen key(F).	6. The distance between the bottom the opening and the surface of the t is 30mm.Twist the nozzle to the pipe embedded in the wall;

CLEANING

1. To maintain proper working conditions or cleaning is required when mineral deposits appear on spray nozzles. To clean mineral deposits or gently rub rubber nozzles on the face of shower head to dislodge.
2. To clean heavier deposits/remove shower head and soak face down in a cup white vinegar for 2-3 hours. Replace shower head and run in each spray setting flush out vinegar, DO NOT use harsh chemicals/heavy-duty cleaners or abrasives. This may damage parts or finished product and may void warranty.
