Operation safety

It is the Owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of this product are fully aware of all warnings and precautions.

Hot Surface, Avoid Contact.

Shock Hazard. To provide continued protection against electric shock disconnect from the power supply when not in use

Heat gun, soldering iron, desoldering iron must be placed on its s when not in use.

HOUSEHOLD AND INDOOR USE ONLY.

To prevent electric shock, unplug before replace the fuse and other service.

Replace only with same type and rating of fuse.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children with reduced physica, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safe 10. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play w appliance.

The soldering iron and desoldering iron is only to be used with power supply unit provided with the appliance.

A fire may result if the appliance is not used with care, therefore careful when using the appliance in places where there are combustible materials;
- do not apply to the same place for a long time;
- do not use in presence of an explosive atmosphere;
- be aware that heat may be conducted to combustible materials that out of sight

- do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on.

The soldering iron should only be used for soldering. Do not hit soldering iron against the work surface to remove fluxresidues (Can b
cleaned by the cleaning device of the product), as doing so may ser damage the soldering iron.
- Soldering produces fumes, ensure there is adequate ventilation.
- Ater used, remember that cooling the unit, the handle should be placed on the handle holder.
- Longer detachable power-supply cords are available and may be if care is exercised in their use.
- If a long detachable power-supply cord is used;
1) The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of appliance,
2) The extension cord should be a grounding type 3-wire cord;
3) The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over, snagged, or pulled unintentionally (especially by children).

APPLICATIONS
Brand iron money:
His product is externally heated. Preheating the heating wire 3-5 minu before use will produce smoke, which is a normal phenomenon. It wi occur after preheating.
Gun money:
When using the hot smoothing head (not include) and welding rods, I machine works continuously for 20 minutes, Please let your machine I for 60 minutes. you can continue to use the machine again. Otherwise high temperature will burn out the machine
OPERATION
- Clamp a hot staple with the plier and insta staple into the copper tube. Make sure that the is pushed all the way in.
- Press the hot staple on the crack and mak that the hot staple intersects with the crack.
- Press and hold the activation trigger until th melts
into the plastic.

Pull the hot stapler to separate from the hot staple.

Repeat the above procedures until the crack is fully stapled.

Use a plier to cut off the excess staple leads.
Warning:
- Melting plastic generates fume, and inhaling the fume may cause discomfort. Ensure appropriate ventilation measures are taken and wea protective mask before operation.
- During the operation, DO NOT touch the hot staple and copper t
- DO NOT attempt to remove the hot staple leads with bare hands avoid potential cut injuries on your hand.

MAINTENANCE&PRECAUTIONS
- When operating, DO NOT pressure the soldering iron excessively, or knock soldering iron against objects.
- Remove and clean the oxidization off the soldering iron tip periodically
- To keep the soldering iron tip clean, use a steel brush to.clean the plastic when it cools off.
