This product contains small parts. If swallowed, it will pose a chokin hazard. Keep these small parts away from children when assembling!

While assembling and using this product, keep work area clean and lighted, and keep spectators and children out of the work area.

Assemble only according to commercial ice caddy parameter. Improper assembly can create hazards.

Use as intended only.

Keep away from sharp points, blades and other items, so as not to scr the product.

NOTE:

2. Please follow the installation steps to mount this drop in commercial caddy. Wrong installation steps may cause some damage trouble.
3. Installation is easy. Handle it gently, please.

How to Remove Lid to Clean Ice Bin

1. Unscrew four knobs, two on either side of back lid.

2. Lift back lid of unit first. Ten remove front lid by lifting of un 3. Both the front and back removable lids are dishwasher safe a can be run through a commercial dishwasher. They can also be steam cleaned or washed with warm soapy water and a plastic bristle brush. Use soapy water and brush to scrub, then rinse clean water.

3. Inside and outside of ice bin unit can also be cleaned with a water and a plastic bristle brush. A small pipe brush can be un clean the inside of faucet from inside the unit. Be sure to rinse unit with clean water.
4. If staining on the unit occurs, use any standard destainer and follow instructions on the product.

Reattach lid:

1. Once unit is cleaned and dry, place on front lid first, and the on back lid.
2. Screw in all four knobs on back lid.

HOW TO CLEAN BRASS FAUCET

1. Unscrew front brass faucet piece from mobile ice bin.
2. Remove rubber gasket from inside of faucet.
3. Clean all parts of faucet with a damp cloth. If extra cleaning required use warm, soapy water and wipe brass faucet. Make s to wipe dry after every cleaning. If necessary, use a small plas bristle pipe brush to clean inside of faucet.

Replacement Parts

HOW TO REPLACE AXLE

1. Use an adjustable wrench to unscrew nuts on the outside of back 8" wheels and set aside.
2. Unscrew all four bolts from the two plate brackets under the Set aside plate brackets, bolts and washers.
3. Remove damaged axle.
4. Tread the new axle through, place plate brackets back on uni-washers and bolts and tighten until secure. Place back 8" whee onto new axle and secure with nuts.

HOW TO REPLACE FRONT CASTER(S)

1. Use an adjustable wrench to unscrew the four bolts on 5" wr caster. Set aside bolts and washers.

2. Place new caster on unit, add washers and bolts and tighten secure.

HOW TO REPLACE BACK WHEEL(S)

1. Use an adjustable wrench to unscrew nuts from outside of 8" wheels.
   2.Slide wheel of of axle
   3.Slide replacement wheel on axle and screw nut back on until
