Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why are there water droplets inside my fridge?
A bit of water accumulation is completely normal in thermoelectric units and occurs due to condensation dripping from stored products. To remove extra moisture, dry the inside with a soft cloth twice a week or place a desiccant inside the fridge to help minimize moisture.
2. Why is my fridge not cold enough?
The temperature of the fridge is determined by the temperature surrounding the outside of the fridge (it cools at approximately 68-77°F (20-25°C) lower than the outside temperature).
