WARNING!
- Never exceed working load limit and shall not be used for high-altitude hoisting.
- A visual periodic inspection of the weld should be performed.
- Avoid impacting the hooks.
- Damaged hooks shall not be used. Death or injury can occur from improper use or care.
- For welding hook to other grades of steel, a qualified weld procedure must be developed. No Cracks, pitting, inclusions are allowed.
- Welding is to be performed by a qualified welder using. Do rapidly cool the weld.
2. Product Introduce
For Use On: Trucks, Trailers, Off Road Vehicles, UTV & More.1 are perfect for welding to trailers or equipment to create anchor lifting points.
3. Installation introduction
- Turn off the tractor and pull the handbrake to prevent the vehicle from moving.
- Before welding, the surface to be welded on, including the ho and support structure, must be clean and free from rust, grease paint.
- Position the hook to ensure that the load is applied in the pl the hook. Ensure that the hook does not interfere with the open of other mechanisms.
- Locate the welding position. Ensure that the bottom of the ho perpendicular to the surface.
- Use appropriate welding techniques and filling materials for welding operations.
- After welding, the assembly should be proof-tested before putting into service.
