1. Never exceed working load limit and shall not be used for high-altitude hoisting.

3. Avoid impacting the hooks.
4. Damaged hooks shall not be used. Death or injury can occur from improper use or care.
5. For welding hook to other grades of steel, a qualified weld procedure must be developed. No cracks, pitting, or inclusions are allowed.
6. Welding is to be performed by a qualified welder. Do not rapidly cool the weld.

3. Installation Introduction

1. Turn off the tractor and pull the handbrake to prevent the vehicle from moving.
