How to assemble the Vevor YN-388 device?

Follow the steps in the manual: first install the curved rail by fixing the pre-attached bolts, then the support tube with M8x65 bolt and washer, then the front and rear feet, and finally the armrest console by connecting the sensor wire. Use the provided tools: Allen key and 13x17 wrench.

What is the maximum user weight?

The maximum allowed weight is 440 lb (approx. 200 kg).

How to use the LCD screen functions?

Press the red (gray) button to switch between modes: Counter (press and hold for 2 seconds to start counting), Time (set to TIME), Calories (set to CAL), Reps/min (set to STEP/MIN), and Scan (automatic cyclical display). Without signal for 4-5 minutes, the screen turns off.

What safety precautions should I take?

Do not use if pregnant. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise. Check that all screws and nuts are tightened before each use. Wear sportswear and appropriate shoes. Stop immediately if experiencing dizziness or nausea. Children and disabled individuals should be supervised.

How to adjust the exercise intensity?

The intensity is adjusted by changing the height of the backrest/platform. Move the active block forward or backward via the adjustment pin (Φ8x55 pin). The higher the height, the more intense the exercise.

What to do if the LCD screen does not turn on?

Replace the batteries. If the problem persists, check the sensor wire connections under the armrest console. Contact technical support if necessary.

How to store the machine after use?

Push the handles down. Remove the pin, move the active block towards the front foot. Lift the front and place the machine on the floor as shown in the image. The machine can be moved on the front foot wheels.

What tools are provided with the device?

The included tools are an Allen key (tool #17) and a 13x17 wrench (tool #18).

How long does it take to assemble the device?

Place the machine on I evel ground.Remove the bolts(#8 #9) which I been pre-attached to the Curved Track(#02),then re-attach the bolts to connect the Curved Track (#02) and Active Block (#7).

Remove the U shape hardware on Front Post(#01),re-attach with bolt (#10),washer (#11) and locknut (#12)

Step 3: Install Rear Foot and Front Foot

Remove hardware(#13#14#9), Re-attach on Front Foot (05) and Front P (01)

install Armrest ConsoleMove Active Block (#07) to the positionshown of the picture and insert with Pin (#16)Attach Armrest Console (04) to F Post (01)with Bolt (#15)and washer (#11).Connect wiresensor under console.
