The bowl has a capacity of 4 liters. It can make slush, margarita, ice cream, or frozen drinks.
What types of drinks can I make with this machine?
You can make slush, margarita, ice cream, and frozen drinks. Use mixes with at least 15% sugar and follow the alcohol percentages for margarita.
How do I start the XRJ4LX1 machine?
Ensure the bowl contains liquid (not pure water). Plug in the machine, turn on the main switch, press SET until 'SLS' is displayed to activate slush mode. Use '+' or '-' to adjust consistency.
What should I do if the machine displays 'LL'?

How do I clean the Vevor XRJ4LX1 slush machine?
Empty the bowl and disassemble the faucet. Clean all parts with warm water and a mild disinfectant (2% sodium hypochlorite). Rinse thoroughly and dry. Use 'CLEAN' mode for automatic cleaning with water.
Why is the machine not making slush?

Vevor XRJ4LX1 - Cleaning and maintenance - 1

Before cleaning or maintaining external parts, please ensure the main switch is off and unplugged.

Any cleaning or maintenance protection supplies need to be worn (gloves, glasses, etc.) based on local safety standards.

When cleaning or maintaining, operate as below.

Wear protective gloves against an accident.

  • Do not use solvent or flammable substances.
  • Do not use tough or metal sponges to clean the machine or parts.
  • Do not spray liquid to nearby areas.

- Do not wash parts in the bowl.

- Do not dry parts in a furnace or microwave oven.

- Do not immerse the machine in water.

- Do not spray water on the machine directly.

- Warm water and appropriate cleaner can be used (abiding by local laws).

After finishing, make sure that all protective covers and guards that have been removed or opened are sent back in place and properly secured. Cleanliness and hygiene have to be taken carefully and forcibly based on local standards to ensure qualified slush.

Vevor XRJ4LX1 - Cleaning and maintenance - 2

Cleanliness and hygiene must be carefully and strictly maintained according to local standards to ensure a qualified slush bowl. The bowl needs to be cleaned at least daily, in compliance with local laws and regulations. Additional cleaning times may be required depending on the products used. For more information, please consult the manufacturer. If the machine will not be used continuously,

clean the dispensing taps daily with a clean rag.

Even though the machine's components are made of stainless steel, plastic, and rubber, and are easy to clean due to their shape, it is still necessary to prevent bacteria and fungi growth caused by incomplete cleaning. Do not clean or maintain the machine when the plug is not removed or the main switch is in the down position.

7.1 Empty Bowl

Before cleaning the bowl, empty it.

If it is the first time using the machine, there is no need to empty it.

This manual explains one bowl as an example.

Other bowls are operated in the same way using their respective buttons. Set the bowl to the "clean state", then pour out the material from the bowl.

7.2 Disassembling the Dispensing Tap

Before removing the bowl, it is recommended to disassemble the tap. After cleaning, the tap must not be reinstalled until the bowl has been correctly seated. Remove the fastener with a screwdriver, then disassemble the dispensing handle by pushing it upward, then push the piston and spread it downward, and remove the o-ring. Place all spare parts in lukewarm water (around 50°C) and clean as shown in Fig. 9.

1, 2, 3, Water, Fig 9

Fig. 8 Fig. 9

Do not disassemble taps when there are products or liquid in the bowl.

9.1 Fault Codes and Solutions For Slush Machine

9.1.1. When the temperature sensor is not connected, "LL" is displayed. Check whether the temperature sensor is installed well or the connect wire is damaged or broken; replace the temperature sensor.

9.1.2. The temperature sensor is short-circuited and it displays "LL". Check whether the temperature sensor is installed properly, or the connecting wires are damaged and connected together, or the temperature measured by the temperature sensor exceeds 60°C. Replace the temperature sensor.

9.1.3. When the grid voltage is too high, the machine stops working and generates an alarm code "E1 Err".

9.1.4. When the grid voltage is too low, the machine stops working and generates an alarm code "E2 Err".

1: It is recommended that customers buy a voltage stabilizer, so that the voltage can be used within a reasonable range.

2: Change the voltage alarm parameters without generating voltage alarm. I. In the power-on state, long press the "Settings" button for 3 seconds to enter the setting menu, and the window flashes as

graph LR A["CH1"] --> B["0.2"]

II. Then click the "Settings" button, the window flashes as

graph LR A["USN"] --> B["0"]

III. Then click the "Slush softness" button to set the value to 0. IV. Wait until the display does not flash, indicating that the setting is successful.

9.1.5. The measured motor current is too high. The current channel generates an alarm and protects the shutdown. The display code is E3Err.

  1. If the mixing shaft is blocked and the shutdown protection is caused, it will automatically restart after 5 minutes.
  2. If the motor is broken and rotates very slowly or cannot rotate, you need to replace a new motor.
  3. Or change the motor current alarm parameters and stop if no alarm is generated, and then check whether the motor is rotating.

I. In the working state, long press the "Setting" button for 3 seconds to enter the setting menu. The window flashes as

graph LR A["CH1"] --> B["0.2"]

II. Then click the "Setting" button, the window flashes as
