How to use the Vevor XLD-C1 Magnetic Stirrer?

Place the device on a stable and clean surface. Connect the power adapter to the back of the machine and then to a suitable power outlet. Add the solution to be stirred in a suitable container, place the magnetic stir bar in the liquid, then position the container in the center of the plate. Turn the knob clockwise to start and increase the speed. To stop, turn counterclockwise until you hear a click.

What is the maximum stirring capacity?

The maximum stirring capacity is 3000 mL (3 liters).

Can I heat liquids with this stirrer?

No, the XLD-C1 model is a magnetic stirrer without heating function. To heat, use a model with a heating plate.

How to clean the device?

Always unplug the device before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use solvents or abrasive liquids and avoid water entering the interior.

What to do if the magnetic stir bar does not rotate?

Check that the container is centered on the plate. Make sure the speed is not too high (the bar may decouple). If the problem persists, check that the bar is not damaged and that the power supply is correct. Reduce the speed and try again gradually.

What types of containers can I use?

Use glass or plastic containers that are non-magnetic and stable. Ensure they are suitable for the capacity (max 3 L) and rest firmly on the plate.

Is it possible to use the device with flammable liquids?

It is not recommended to use the device with flammable liquids or in an explosive atmosphere. Follow safety instructions: wear personal protective equipment and work in a ventilated environment.

How to adjust the stirring speed?

The speed is adjusted manually via the rotary knob. Turn right to increase speed, left to decrease. Starting and stopping are done with an audible and tactile click.

Is the device suitable for viscous liquids?

For viscous liquids, use a suitably sized magnetic stir bar and increase speed gradually. However, stirring capacity may be reduced. Do not force the device if rotation becomes irregular.

Using the step

1. Place the machine stably on a flat workbench, and insert the output plug of the random power adapter into the power socket at the rear of the machine.
2. Plug the input end of the power adapter into a power socket, the voltage consistent with the voltage identified by the product.
3. Add an appropriate amount of the solution to be stirred into the experimental bottle, and gently place the stirrer in the liquid. After confirmation, place the experimental bottle stably at the central coordinate position of the machine workbench.
4. Start acceleration: the knob can rotate in the right direction (you will hear and feel its click). At this time, the motor is turned on. Continue to rotate to the right to increase the speed. After increasing to the required speed, it will run at a constant speed.
5. Deceleration closing: when the knob rotates to the left, the speed will gradually decrease. When you hear and feel it click, the motor will be closed.
6. Transfer the test bottle after the solution stirring in the test is completely prohibited.
7. When idle, pull out the power cord plug and cut off the power supply of the whole machine.
