What is the maximum load capacity of the VV41?

The cart can transport up to 42 chairs with a maximum weight of 1.81 kg each, for a total load of about 76 kg. Do not exceed this limit.

Is the cart suitable for outdoor use?

It is recommended to use the cart on flat, level, hard surfaces. It is not specifically designed for prolonged exposure to weather; store it indoors after use.

How to maintain the Vevor VV41 cart?

Clean the surface with a damp cloth (not soaked) and wipe with a clean, lint-free cotton cloth. Regularly check the tightness of the screws and the proper functioning of the wheels.

6. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
7. The weight of the plate is heavy; pay attention to the installation to avoid hurting yourself, and if necessary, find someone to assist with the installation.

2. Use as intended only. Do not sit or stand on the product.
3. Inspect before every use. Do not use it if parts are loose or damaged.
4. Use on flat, level, and hard surfaces only.
5. Do not exceed the listed weight capacity. Tighten all knobs securely before applying load. Be aware of dynamic loading! The sudden load movement may briefly create an excess load, causing product failure.
6. When the heavy load is moving for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the screw is loose to avoid the body shaking when moving.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1:

T1

I. Place the wheel (w) on one side of the small bar (a). Insert retail screw T1 (4 for each wheel). Use the wrench to tighten it in place. Repeat for each of the 4 wheels.

II. Place the bottom rod (r) on the top of small bar (a). Make sure the shape faces out. Insert two (T1) screws and use the wrench to tighten in place. Repeat for all the other 3 rods.

STEP 2:

Take vertical bar (b) and place it in the middle of the small bar (a) shape facing inside as shown in figure and tighten it with four (T3) washers and nuts. Repeat for the other side.

STEP 3:

Slide in crossbar (c1) between the vertical bars (b) and tighten it with screws on each side (Screw (T2) from the side and screw (T5) from top)

STEP 4:

Slide in upper crossbar (c2) between the top of the vertical bars (b). Tighten it with two screws on each side (Screw T2 from the side or T4 from the back). Repeat for the other side.

Place first chair hook on crossbar (c2). Align hook's hole with crossbar's hole. Insert crossbar retaining screw T4 (1 for each). Tighten screw with nut cap using metal key. Repeat for all the other 5 hooks.

Fix 2 knobs (g) on both sides of each hanger (f) as shown in figure.

STEP 6:

Finally attach the 2 handles on both sides of the cart on the vertical and tighten it with 2 screws (T0) for each handle (h).

Cleaning

- For cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp (not wet) cloth or wipe with a clean lint-free cotton cloth.
