How to assemble the Vevor WBS-023 scaffold?

Assembly requires opening the folded scaffold, then securely fixing the side pins and support tube pins. Ensure the pins are fully inserted and cannot be easily removed. Then tighten one end of the steel cable with a screw and tension it. Finally, adjust to the desired height and lock with bolts and wing nuts.

What is the maximum load supported by the WBS-023?

The maximum load is 882 pounds (approx. 400 kg). Never exceed this limit to avoid risk of injury or property damage.

What height adjustments are available?

The scaffold offers an adjustable height from 35.4 to 59 inches (90 to 150 cm) thanks to 4 adjustment steps.

How to maintain the scaffold to extend its lifespan?

After each use, dry the scaffold thoroughly to prevent rust. Before each use, check general condition: cracked welds, damaged threads, any loose or missing parts.

Can I use the scaffold on uneven ground?

It is recommended to use the scaffold on a stable and level surface. For uneven ground, ensure the scaffold is level and secured with shims if necessary, but this is not officially supported.

What type of steel cable is used and how to tension it?

The provided steel cable must be tensioned firmly. Secure one end with a screw, then use the built-in tensioner to adjust tension. Ensure the cable is in good condition and undamaged.

Does the scaffold come with a warranty?

How to fold and store the scaffold?

SECURITY & WARNINGS

1. Do not exceed the scope of the work platform.
2. After use, please dry before storage to avoid product rusting.
3. Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be perform only by a qualified technician.
4. Before use, make sure that the pins on both sides of the fold and of the diagonal support rod are inserted into the holes.
5. Make sure the wire rope is already tightened.
6. To prevent serious injury from tool failure, do not use it when it is damaged:

1) Please check the overall condition of the product before each use.

• Is the screw thread damaged?
• Is the weld cracked?
- Are there gaps in all parts?

Before each use, check that the workbench is working properly before actually using it. If the workbench does not work properly, follow the inspection instructions to see if there is a problem.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
