What types of items can I clean with the Vevor TH-40ATP?

You can clean eyeglasses (without UV film), jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings), office supplies (ruler, scissors, pens), dishware (metal or ceramic), dentures, and other small hard items.

What items should not be cleaned with ultrasound?

Avoid cleaning soft gemstones (opal, emerald, coral, ivory), wood items, pearls, glued or mounted stone items, and surfaces with hardness below 8 on the Mohs scale. Cleaning may damage these items.

What liquid should I use in the tank?

Use clear water or an ultrasonic cleaning solution. Do not use solvents, sterilizers, or acids as they may damage the stainless steel. Ensure the water level is between 7 cm and the MAX mark.

How long can I run the cleaner continuously?

Do not exceed one hour of continuous operation. After prolonged use, allow the unit to cool for at least 5 minutes before restarting.

How do I set the temperature and time?

Use the "Time" button to set the time from 0 to 30 minutes, and the "Temperature" button to set the temperature from 0 to 80 °C. Briefly press "ON/OFF" to start. The machine only heats if the set temperature is higher than room temperature.

Can I clean jewelry with diamonds or gemstones?

It is not recommended to clean jewelry with mounted stones (diamonds, emeralds) as ultrasound may loosen them. For rings, necklaces without stones, cleaning is possible but do not exceed 30 minutes.

How do I drain the tank?

For the TH-40ATP (10L) model, use the 1/2-inch drain located at the back. Place a container under the drain, open the valve, and let the water flow out. For smaller models without a drain, pour water out from the side of the tank.

Does the unit make noise or interfere with TV/radio?

The cleaner may generate interference. Do not plug it into the same outlet as your TV, radio, or computer. If interference occurs, move the unit away or plug it into a separate circuit.

What if the unit does not turn on?

Check that the power plug is properly inserted and the outlet works. Ensure the water level is sufficient (between 7 cm and MAX). If the problem persists, contact Vevor customer service.

How do I maintain the cleaner after use?

Empty the tank, wipe it with a soft cloth and clean water. Do not let water enter the electrical connections. Dry the unit with a dry cloth. Regularly clean the basket with a non-abrasive sponge.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. To avoid electrical shock:

1) DO NOT run the cleaner continuously for more than one hour at a time, as doing so can damage the internal components. 2) DO NOT operate the unit without fluid in the tank. Always ensure fluid is no higher than the max mark, and always ensure there is a minimum depth of 7 cm. 3) DO NOT drop any item into the tank as this may cause damage to the transducer. Always place items gently into the tank and use the basket whenever possible. 4) The more items that you place in your cleaning bath, the less efficient it will clean. It is not advised to overlap items. Always allow plenty of clear space between the items. 5) Do keep the lid on during use. This will prevent splashes and reduce evaporation of the fluid. 6) Never immerse the machine or power cord in water or other liquid. 7) DO NOT touch the power plug with wet hands, especially when inserting or removing the plug. 8) DO NOT touch the unit if the machine has fallen into water durin

operation. Remove the power plug from the socket first.

9) DO NOT disassemble the machine, except by professionals.

10) UNPLUG the power source while filling or emptying the tank.

11) DO NOT spray water or liquid over the device and the control panel.

12) DO NOT operate the cleaner without proper grounding.

13) DO NOT place the device on a soft surface, where the vents are blocked.

14) Upon completion of the cleaning cycle, turn the heater knob off to isolate the machine from the power source.

15) Take care when adding or removing items from the cleaning tank; fluid is likely to be hot and displaced fluid can damage the internal components. Any displaced fluid must be dried up immediately.

16) In the event of a malfunction/emergency, disconnect the power supply by

removing the power plug from the electrical outlet.

17) When heating is required, the water level should not be less than full.

18) If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

19) The connector must be removed before the appliance is cleaned, and the appliance inlet must be dried before the appliance is used again.

It may not be possible to completely remove remaining dental stone, dental wax, wax yellow black spots, and smoking dental etc.

OPERATIONS

1. Open the lid, add clean water, put what you need into the tank, ensure the clean water is no higher than the "Mark. Do not operate the unit without water in the tank.
2. Plug the adapter into the socket of the machine.
3. Plug the adapter power into the power socket.
4. Short press the "Time" button to switch to the desired time, then short press the ON / OFF button to start the work.
5. If you want to pause the cleaning, you can short press the OFF button to pause, the countdown on the display is past. Short press the power button again to continue working.
6. If you want to reselect the time, long press the "ON / C" to return to the standby state, and press the "Time" to the time.
7. When the cleaning work is finished, please unplug the power, open the lid, take cleaned items from the tank, through out dirty water clean and wipe the tank.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

1. Pour water into the tank with the measuring cup, half of ta standard line. After washing with a soft sponge, rinse with cleaning water.
2. Be careful not to seep water into the power connection at the bottom of the cleaning tank.
