Precautions for use

Warning:

In the component diagram, only SHK-007 can be used for 5 #, 6 #, and 1 quantity of SHK-006 screws for 8 # is 4, while the quantity of SHK-007 screws

Installation steps

1. Arrange all components one by one according to the diagram, and fix the together with screws in the order shown in the diagram.

1. Fix the dumbbell stem and bottom plate together with screws as shown in diagram .Pay attention to checking whether all components are tightened after assembly.

After SHK-006 assembly is completed, the following installation steps will be added for SHK-007 product assembly.

1. On the basis of completing the assembly of SHK-006 as shown in the diagram, add fixed crossbars to complete the assembly of SHK-007. Pay attention to checking whether all components are tightened after assembly.

EXERCISING INFORMATION

Before starting to exercise
