If your Vevor SX2800 won't raise, first check the following points:

1. Correct rotation of the handle

Turn the rotary control handle slowly in the positive direction (the one that lifts). Make sure you are turning it the right way - a reverse rotation lowers the device instead of lifting it.

2. Load evenly distributed

The manual states that 'the load must rest evenly on the lift platform'. If the lawn mower is poorly positioned or tilted, the mechanism may be blocked or difficult to operate.

3. Check wheel positioning

Ensure that the mower's wheels fit correctly into the lift supports before starting the lift. Incorrect positioning prevents the device from functioning.

4. Check load capacity

The maximum capacity of the SX2800 is 400 kg (880 pounds). If your mower exceeds this weight, the lift will not be able to raise it. Check the weight of your equipment.

Attach [6] Extension Tube to [4] Blocking Tube using [18] Bolt M8x16. Attach [4] Blocking Tube and [5] Support Tube# to Step 1 Assemble completed component using [13] Bolt M8x40 and [14] Nut M8.

Step 3.

Attach [22] Tr24X6 Nut, [7] Screw, [10] Bearing, [12] Washer and [11] to Step 2 Assemble the completed component.

Step 4.

Attach [19] Handle to [8] Shake Handle 1# using [20] Spring Washer Nut M12.

Attach [8] Shake Handle 1# to Step 3 Assemble the completed compo [15] Bolt M8x35 and [14] Nut M8.

LIFTING and LOWERING

Step 1. Use tie-down straps (sold separately) to secure the load.

Step 2. Swivel the [19] Handle slowly to raise the lift. When the lift makes contact with the load, make sure the load sits evenly on the lift before raising. If the load is not evenly distributed on the lift or not secured in place with tie straps, it may fall from the lift, resulting in personal injury and property damage. Step 3. Swivel the [19] Handle slowly in the negative direction to lower the lift.
