How to use the PLR-100 device?

How to clean the device?

Unplug the device, then gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use alcohol or corrosive products. Avoid cleaning the adapter or timer with liquid.

What is the duration of a session?

The device is equipped with an automatic shut-off timer of 30 minutes. A 30-minute session per day is recommended.

Can the device be used on other parts of the body?

Designed specifically for the feet, it can also be used on other areas like ankles or wrists, but its form factor is optimized for the feet.

What to do if some LEDs do not light up?

Introduction

Effective wavelength of near infrared light therapy includes 750nm to 1,400nm. The wavelength of near infrared is more beneficial in treating deep wounds and relieving muscle and joint pain. 850nm is common for near infrared light therapy.

Shoes adopt 66pcs 850nm infrared LED lights (invisible to naked eye) and 66pcs 660nm red LED lights. The combination of red and
